This is the worst nail place I’ve ever been to! I was getting a gel French manicure for my best friends wedding and they destroyed my nails. The girl didn’t know how to coat gel polish and it was cracking and changing color after 2 days! We suffered a loss in the family and I couldn’t go back for 5 days and when I got there the manager was absolutely horrible to me. Denied that it was their fault, refused to reimburse me, had a costumer look at my nails and asked them if they believed it was their fault, and even told me to call the cops!!! I of course left because I was not going to be yelled at and treated that way any longer. I’ve never been treated so poorly at a nail shop! Don’t waste your time and money on a shitty job and shitty treatment. –we all deserve so much better!!!

Periodically, I go to this spot out of convenience. I don’t have a bad review to give or a positive review to give. They take walk ins and there usually isn’t a wait or a small wait. Dairy Queen is next door so you can sip a shake while you get a pedi!

Tried Top Q Nails for a shellac manicure as I was visiting from out-of-state and it was near to my hotel. The salon had about 40 – 60 shellac varnish colors — the bottles were not obviously displayed, and had to be retrieved from a small wooden bookshelf. Color samples were not available for view. My manicurist was hasty and sloppy in applying the polish, resulting in excessive build-up at the edges of my nails and on my skin. He applied two coats of color rather than three, which would have been more suitable given the transparency of the color. He disappeared during the final cure step, never to reappear. The shellac began to chip and peel off at the one week mark. Service was $ 35.
