I am not a local and I dunno what’s the deal with this place. We went here with the intention of having their best pizza. They have great service, its very obvious that they know what to do. very organize and very friendly too. Waffle pizza was the best, its served warm so its freshly cooked. Great, Would come again in Pie Hole if I am around.

Delicious! We ordered a Hawaiian pizza with a couple of sodas for less than $ 20. They have one size(19″) and cold sodas. Thin and absolutely delicious!

It was delivered hot and fast to our hotel. We had half ham and pineapple and half supreme. Tasty thin crust cooked just right and the topping were really delicious. If we are ever in Boise again we will make sure we order again.

Late night bite while driving through Boise. Parking lot was tight and overflowing with smokers from the nearby nightclub. Walked in and was pleasantly surprised by the attentive and patient service in this rough-around-the-edges pizzeria. Asked about their unique pies and the workers’ recommendations. Chose the bacon/potato/alfredo pizza. After a quick reheat of the slices in the oven, I was able to bite into the unique late-night snack and continue on my way. The slice wasn’t super ‘filling’ but had strong flavor and didn’t disappoint.

After waiting two hours only to be delivered cold food, the last thing a customer wants to do is wait more for food that one can only hope won’t be cold. That’s what Pie Hole asks of customers – and without even a refund for all the trouble. It wasn’t the waiting that frustrated me as much as it being cold; the box was soggy as though it had sat in the driver’s car *awhile*. I had been pretty into this place but in the future I shall avoid spending my money on cold food hours after I order it. In-store they’re everything and more, but their drivers could use some horse-sense training about area codes and such.

Loved it here when I was in college, pizza is still awesome five years later! Customer service rocks, such a breath of fresh air from Los Angeles.

Just amazing! They make some interesting non traditional pizzas that I never would have thought of but they sure do hit the spot! Their pizza is the large thin foldable type

Good pizza. Kind of pricey for what you get. If you like NY style pizza with a fair amount of grease then you’re in luck. Cool edgy vibe.

Delicious pizza! My friend got a slice of pepperoni and the tomato and basil. I got a slice of tomato and basil and my other friend ordered the pepperoni slice and a bacon potato slice. Cool vibe. Interesting pizzas, heated perfectly. The crust isn’t too thick Quick service If I’m back in Idaho I’d definitely stop by again

This place was very unclean and had a big fly problem. They did seem to have different flavor combinations like chicken and waffle pizza… However seeing at least 8 flies all land on the slices in the glass window certainly ruined my appetite. I understand it’s fly season, but then they need to shut the doors and get professional rescue: sanitary should be a high priority for any place making and selling food. The floors in the kitchen had food and flies all over the place. On top of this we went in around 1:00 and all the slices looked so old and not fresh at all. I tried to put on a happy face and not be a stick in the mud for my boyfriend and even ordered a pizza(despite seeing all the flies… Huge milestone of bravery or stupidity for this girl) anyway I figured a fresh pizza not sitting out and going from oven to the patio would have less chance of fly landings. Here’s the breakdown Of the pizza I ordered: thin crust…(I’m guessing this is what they THINK tastes like NY style pizza) sauce very bitter. Lots of garlic peelings in each slice. Just not something you want to keep finding in each slice. And it doesn’t taste like NY pizza at all! I ordered bacon and I usually do… But this one made the whole pizza taste like mouthfuls of salt. I really have to give this place onestar.

Such excellent food! I wish I lived in Boise so I could have this pizza more often. It arrived very quickly, tasted great, and the staff are very friendly and helpful. Their drink options are a little overwhelming but the man on the phone was very patient when he explained them all to us. 10⁄10 would recommend

These guys were great. It was well worth the price. I love thin crust and theirs is really good. They didn’t take long for delivery either. It was a tad greasy but our family just patted it a bit. The fresh ingredients were great.

Pros: Great location and amazing outdoor ambience! Would love to eat here again because of this. Cons: Too costly for such a small slice. They charge for water. I asked for side of pizza sauce and they gave me frozen sauce in a small container. Wtf. Why would I eat frozen pizza sauce. I guess they are not big on customer service.

The pizza is always good but, the lady that took my order tonight was very short and rude. They have subs on the menu, there was nobody in line behind me and she said it would take 20 – 25 mon for one. I manage a restaurant in town and know that if you aren’t busy it shouldn’t ever take that long. I ordered slices of pizza instead(that I didn’t want) tipped her accordingly and will probably never be back. Across the street is pita pit and 3 blocks up the road is Del Taco. I understand it is 2am but you guys dont close until 3. Maybe employees there need a lesson on who pays their paychecks.

Pie hole is the place to go if you are looking for a unique slice of pizza. They do sell the classic types of pizza like pepperoni and cheese but the areas they really shine in is unique flavor combinations you can’t find anywhere else. One of my favorite pizzas that they sell is a Mac and cheese pizza. Every time I go in, there are always new options to choose from. You can buy pizza by the slice or order a whole pizza. The staff is always friendly and the service is always quick.

I ordered a pizza, half pepperoni, half potato bacon. They said 40 minutes; I said OK great. This was at 6:40. An hour and 10 minutes later, «our» pizza arrived. As I opened the box I noticed half the pizza was wrong. I called, at which point I was told not to touch the part of the pizza that was incorrect, and that they would have the driver bring me the correct other half. Which meant he was saying«Since you’ve already waited an hour and 10 minutes to eat the food you have already paid for, why not just keep waiting?» Haha NOPE, believe it or not I am hungry(hence the pizza order) so I figured hey, I’m going to eat ONESLICE. I’m sure that a company that understands customer service could stand to sacrifice one $ 2 slice to apologize for their mistakes, but no. The delivery driver stands in my door holding the pizza that I’ve already paid for ransom. Ok, cool, here’s your slice, now get off my property. So then I call William at the store. William begins arguing with me. Wow. He says«you got the pizza you wanted, what’s the problem.» And then yelled«you agreed to not touch the pizza, and you didnt keep your end!» Yeah William, well you agreed to deliver the correct pizza in 40 minutes, so you didn’t keep your end. On either front of your«offer.» He then told me he didn’t have time to talk to me, that there were only two people working. Certainly not my problem, William. Not a place to order from if you’re actually planning on eating in the same decade as when you order. If you are hungry, order from from somewhere else. Perhaps they can cater my 50th birthday party, then they would have 25 years to get the order correct and delivered. If they want to deliver one slice of potato bacon to my door with a sincere apology from William, I’ll give them another shot and modify my rating. Otherwise, I’ll just Tweet/Facebook this story until my fingers hurt. Take note: This is what a $ 2 slice of pizza worth of bad publicity looks like. Poor, poor customer service.

I went here in the summer while living near the BSU campus. When we went, we were the only customers in the joint(two other pairs came and went while we were dining, but my point is we didn’t have any problem getting served and seated promptly). It seems there were about six different pies to choose from, and between my wife and I we tried four different ones, including«chicken and waffles.» All were good. All seemed fresh and hot and unique. I’m sorry I can’t remember the specific combos I had, but remember they were good and I’d definitely come back. The atmosphere is no frills. Pizza is served on cheap paper plates, and drinks in styrofoam cups. I wish they’d use reusable ware. I know it’s an extra expense and perhaps not viable for the owners, but I hope they’ll consider it in the future.

Not bad, not bad at all. I had a pepperoni thin crusted pizza and I must say it was pretty good. The service was quick and friendly and the prices were really cheap. If I lived near this place I would frequent it quite regularly. There are several choices to choose from so don’t be shy.
