I’ve been hearing about Franco’s since it was located next to the gas station at the intersection of Boise and Pennsylvania but I hadn’t managed to check it out until recently. I now look back with regret at the times I could have gone and didn’t! Excellent NY style crust served in a fun pizzeria atmosphere. The patio looks like an excellent spot to relax, but it was vacant due to the triple digit temperatures when my friend and I visited. The waitstaff was friendly and the service was fairly speedy. We ordered the Francorita pizza which was delicious. We saw some of the pizzas that our table neighbors ordered and everything looked amazing, we regretted not having ordered an appetizer(though the pizza more than filled us up). My only complaint is a minor one, which is that the price for a full pizza seemed just a little on the steep side. The quality is good but we paid over $ 20 for our 14″ pizza which is their smaller size. Pro-tip: I think you will actually pay less slice-for-slice if you order pizza by the slice instead of buying an entire pie.

I was just driving past it and smelled the wood fire oven and had to stop. What a good decision! Very friendly staff and owners. The food is super good, and not greasy like other pizza places. Definitely worth it!

Such a cute little place, and it’s a great location only a couple blocks from my house/! Especially handy when I have a few beers ;) I LOVEPIZZA and when my boyfriend and I went we had a half and half classic-style pizza and the other half was the more adventures garlic/tomato/feta cheese(blanking on the name) style.(No more crazy diet for me, yay!!) For those that enjoy more dough on their pizza, please take a minute to read the name of the restaurant and realize what NY style pizza is… that’d be great! The pizza was… pretty yummy! I was expecting more flavor on the garlic side of the pizza, I’m a Mexican so I eat that stuff by the clove ;) so that was a tiny bit disappointing. We weren’t here for happy hour, live music, or late so I can’t say anything about that, which I REGRET. I am absolutely going back for all of that when I have time! It was an early dinner for us outside. Overall, decent food, decent service, and great location! I am hoping for the best for this little place.

Let start with the lemonade is not good it made one glass at a time. The pizza of the day was good meatballs and onion the crust is tasty. We ordered Francis ballz that are real good very tasty but $ 8.50 for two ball a bit pricey. It meatball with pepperoni and cheese rapped in pizza dough and deep fried. The antipasto sucked a little meat a couple of black olives and tinny squares of pizza cheese the dressing was good but $ 8.50 for one salad. We thought it would be big enough for two. We did share but when you split it I you get two real small salads. My friend ordered a house salad it looked just like the antipasto it had 3 less slice of meat. I like the free pacman game the deco is from the place being many restaurants in the past. I would go back for slice of pizza at lunch but not as a sit down with friend.

Franco’s pizza bawlz are awesome!!! A meatball with pepperoni and cheese wrapped in dough and then deep fried. They are sooooo good. I have ordered there pizza twice and both times it was ok. It wasn’t bad, it just was over shadowed by how awesome the pizza bawlz were. I totally recommend ordering the pizza balwz

We love Franco’s especially the live entertainment, the all day two for one happy hour on Sundays, and the chicken parmesan calazone is fantastic! We feel like family every time we dine at Franco’s. I always get the salad and wanted to ask if Franco’s would keep the peppers on hand and offer them for those who still want them? I am a big fan of the cherry peppers and loved them on my salad, I was disappointed to see that one person complained about them and they stopped offering them with the salads. Please keep them on hand for your regulars who love spicy and love frequenting Franco’s. Nice staff, very accommodating, the female server with the blond hair(I apologize for having a poor memory when it comes to names, but I never forget a face) often takes care of us, she is welcoming and treats us very well and we love going there especially when she is working. The food is so great and on our birthdays they have treated us with something extra, especially made for us to try on our special occasion, which they made us feel extra special on. Thank you for taking care of us and having great staff & food. :-)

Great pizza, great music(Sinatra and Sinatra covers only), and great casual service. Make sure you try Franco’s Bawlz… So so good! We will definitely come back, but next time we’re bringing friends. Like them on Facebook for a discount!

This place had awesome atmosphere and great pizza. That being said, when closing out our tabs at the bar, multiple tabs from our party were grossly overcharged. THISISNOTOKAY. When we confronted the owner, he blamed a new employee, the only thing was that the«new employee» never touched our tab and the owner was the one that closed our tab. An owner overcharging younger people because he thinks we were too drunk to notice is rude and illegal. Hopefully this problem gets resolved so this can be our new local hangout.

Excellent pizza, sauce is exceptional. Service is friendly and helpful. Good place for a beer and pizza. The calzones are also fantastic.
