Really nice store with beautiful furniture. I came here with a friend who wanted a sofa but didn’t find what she was looking for. We looked around for a bit and left. If I lived in the area and needed furniture I’d certainly come back again.

We bought some nice reclining couches from this store a few months ago and the motor on the recliner broke. I tried to call the store to get it fixed as it’s under warranty and the service rep didn’t seem to understand so I asked to be transferred to a supervisor. The guy was incredibly rude to me and told me he didn’t know what I could do to fix the problem or who to call. Then I asked for his name and he laughed and said that he wouldn’t give it to me. The DMV has better customer service. These people are a joke.

Salesperson was completely incompetent. Told us we would have a Saturday delivery but didn’t schedule it. The $ 200 delivery is now coming a week late and I did not even get an apology. The store manager handled the situation well after I was in contact with him.

I was told that I would receive my buffet table on May 13th. As of today I am still waiting for it. The last time I ordered couches and they had me waiting two month. Great furniture, but horrible service when it comes to delivery. I contact them at the store to find out when will I get my buffet and she did not care and stated «oh well they’re busy and all done for the day.» After spending almost 10k in furnishing my house that’s the last thing this woman should telling customers. She is very unprofessional and should not be dealing with customers.

Lovely selection of dining, living, bedroom, outdoor, mattresses rugs and accessories. The staff is wonderful and worked very well and respectfully with each other. Shirley was great at accomodating our needs and helping us over and beyond her scope of work. Great shopping experience.

This is a big store with a lot of products, especially purses and women’s shoes. I tend to have a hard time in the Junior’s section finding what I like, it’s just so big and sometimes messy. The women’s shoe section is always so busy that it’s nearly never organized well. That being said, when you find something on sale here, you get a darn good deal. I like Macy’s for it’s quantity and quality, but sometimes I am just not in the mood to go «hunting» for what I want.

got my heavenly stears and foster mattress here. guy was very friendly and helpful and quickly opened up a macys account for me to save $ 100. they also had nice furniture for the rest of the crib.
