Fabulous customer service. Our Breville Smart Oven was out of warranty. Breville offered me a 20% discount on a new $ 250 oven. Big deal. I attempted to have it repaired but struck out after contacting three repair shops. A friend then said «why don’t you take it back fo B, B&B and see what they can do.» I figured they would offer a discount on a new one that hopefully would be better than the one offered by the manufacturer. WAY BETTER. They exchanged my 3+ year old oven for a BRAND NEW one. No questions asked.
Always liked B, B&B but now I REALLY like them.

Nice store; never seems too crowded and has a good selection of housewares/​knickknacks. I came here to buy a hamburger press and was assisted by a friendly employee. Prices are decent (especially if you have their ubiquitous 20% off or $ 5 off coupons).

I love shopping at this Bed Bath and Beyond location. I find the staff to be very helpful and courteous. When I ask a staff member to help me with locating an item, they actually walk me to the aisle/​shelf. The Service Desk is extremely professional and friendly, they make the process of exchanging or returning any item very easy.

Usually the staff are superb, helpful, kind and efficient. I recently encountered one who should not be working with the public anywhere. Asked him a question and he was sullen and nonresponsive. Asked again, same response. I then dropped the items onto the counter where he was walking and walked away.

My favorite of all bed bath & beyond. They sell all kinds of bathroom and kitchen supplies. Shampoos, conditioners, makeup, etc. Especially fun are the clearance sales with extra 33 percent off plus the 20 percent coupon. Today was a clearance sale day.

Bed bath and beyond might as well just mug me because everytime walk in I feel like I’m handing over my purse. I just want to buy all the things! This one particularly is always very helpful yet a crazy busy. Always able to find good deals!

It’s a Bed Bath & Beyond which are all pretty much cookie cutter in style, design, setup and contents; meaning if you’ve seen one you’ve generally seen them all. This one, however, struck me as particularly large, actually huge, and seemingly with far more of the «Beyond» than the Bed or the Bath.
It has all sorts of kitchen and cooking equipment, a large area of beauty supplies, shampoos, and a near cluttering assortment of aisle impulse items. Indeed it take hours if not an entire day to really look everything over.

I always get a headache from all of the candle scents and other strong perfumes and smells that they have in this store, so I’m not in there too often.
I bought a very nice set of All-​Clad cookware a couple of years ago. One of the salespeople told me that if I ever use a warmer with these pots, I will not burn the pot. I tried it once and ruined one of the pots which are very expensive.
On a separate trip to BBB, I was buying a vac and mentioned to the manager helping me that I ruined a pot to a set of All-​Clad. He told me on the spot to bring it back, there’s a lifetime warranty on it, and that I am covered by the mfg. The next time I returned, I brought this piece back (2 years old at least) and they replaced it in 3 minutes for me, all with excellent customer service and a smile. The lady that helped me was named Kelly. Thanks BBB!

can’t go wrong with BBB for every possible need you may have at home. They even have a product section with toiletries. It’s clean, big, with a helpful staff. have memories wandering around here gearing up for college, ahhh those were the days. their 20% coupons never expire so come in with one for every thing you buy.
