My husband and I purchased a mattress more than a couple of months ago and I have had trouble adjusting to it since then.
My husband is a big guy and I am petite. I was going to purchase a mattress topper to remedy the problem, but decided to go back and speak to an associate of CM to see if I was making the right choice.
The sales associate, Debra Sandler, took her time to listen and then suggested that I exchange the mattress for us to obtain a better solution. Originally we purchased a latex mattress and ultimately Debra lead me to a latex/​memory foam/​coil mattress, which should be a better fit for us both!

Walked into City after visiting both Macy’s furniture and rooms to go (both down the block). City had by far the best prices, they were willing to work with us on the price and find what we needed in our price range. They were also the least pushy! I would definitely recommend them as the best place to go! Tom and Rob helped us and they’re both excellent!

Great experience. Tom was wonderful. We had a bad experience with a mattress at a different sore in Ft Luderdale. I am going to suggest they spend some time with Tom to know how customers should be treated!

We thought we were the most difficult customers to come through the door. He prefers a marshmallow; I prefer a brick. Working with Tom Polomba was easy since he was obviously there to have happy customers.
Tom directed us to a mattress that was a good compromise, and for a while all was well in slumberland. Then my side became too soft, and so we called on Tom. He exchanged the boxspring under my side and once again there was peace in the land. Now after over a year and a half, we called Tom because the opposite side needed the same adjustment. We are very happy customers because we’re being delivered the other new boxspring in a few days. I’ve never dealt with a mattress company or a sales person who has been so accommodating.

Tom is super friendly and helpful and was great to work with, twice! We bought one mattress that seemed good at the time but didn’t work out for us. Delivery was great and as promised. We just exchanged it (with Tom) without any problem for a more firm latex model which seems it will work out much better for my wife’s back. They have a good selection also. We went to ALOT of mattress stores and this was the best experience by far. We would highly recommend them.

i went to this store to look at mattresses after we left a very upsetting mattress place in boynton beach. Upon entering we were greeted with a smile from a very nice sales lady who really knew what she was talking about. After giving us some cold water in a sealed bottle we looked at their lines and then some others. We made a great deal on a pair of stearns and foster twin mattresses with box springs and some stuff she threw in. when we left we were very happy with our deal. some years ago we bought a high riser from them and we are now using them with total satisfaction.

A bit expensive, but the customer service alone seems to warrant the cost premium.
Here’s my story… I purchased a high end adjustable Prana Sleep mattress but it wasn’t quite right, a bit on the soft side for my taste. So I called the store, spoke to my salesman and with no questions asked, got it exchanged for the next firmer model. I tried it for 30 days, and while better it still wasn’t quite what I wanted, so I called the store again. and no questions got yet a firmer model.
Each time no questions, hassles, free delivery and pickup.
