First time here. These are some legit tacos. I rarely get tacos in the NW since I spent a few years in San Diego but this plate is better than any I had down there.

While the tacos are really good and they have a nice variety the service is crappy when the woman is working. She’s downright rude and brash every time. She always treats you like you’re bugging the heck out of her by being there. She also tells you too short a time to come back and get your order. Boy, does she get annoyed when you check back in the time she told you and she’s not ready! The guy is friendly and if he was working I’d go back for the tacos. The fries are boring, and lack personality.

This place is awesome! Great Street tacos and the Vladimir Poutine was amazing. The menu was creative and made me want to try more items. The owner was there and was super helpful and had suggestions on what to try. You have to check out «The Lot» behind it. Great place to sit and enjoy your food and have a beer in a covered heated area. They even have heated benches. I’ll be back

This food truck is about as good as it gets. Their fries are delicious, fresh ingredients, and the staff served me quickly and with a smile. I will definitely be making this one of my regular stops. THANK YOU A LA CARTE :)

Great food, but no chance of it being served with a smile.
Saw some folks eating this, it looked amazing, pretty much everyone in my group decided it was the food to have, we all agreed it WAS amazing, and we all also agreed the person working needed an attitude adjustment. Fake it if you have to. Anything other than that smug «you’re bothering me» vibe that we all felt.
As good as the fries were (had the Gorgonzola/​bacon and the carne asada) I would not eat here again.

This is one of my favorite places for lunch. The carne Asada fries are awesome Maybe I should try other items but always end up getting the same thing. I love the heat. I have never had a long wait others have complained about. That would be madding. Being able to get a beer at the lot and taking my dog with me to lunch is a real plus. He loves fries.

Very very long waits and got the order wrong. No apologies for missing the order and wouldn’t make it up to us. Food would be ok but if you’re a food cart, people are gonna expect it to take less than thirty minutes to prep an order.

Waited 20 minutes for an order of sweet potato fries. Checked in a few times because it seemed like a long time to wait for an order of plain fries.
When we got them, they were literally cold to the touch. Not even sure how that could be unless they had just been fries that were laying around.
Didn’t even bother to complain since the long wait caused everyone in the party to be finished and ready to move on. Chucked em in the trash.
If fries are your only menu item, you think you could get them right.

Fries a la Carte had some of the best fries I have ever had! Hot, crispy and fresh, loaded with delicious flavors!
Gorgonzola bacon — Hot and amazing, cooked in peanut oil, Gorgonzola aioli, bacon, green onion, Cajun seasoning.
Peruvian Chili Lime — A delicious, tangy and mild seasoning that goes perfect with the crispy shoestring fries.
The staff is friendly and gave us great recommendations. They also offer healthy salad options.
Overall, I really enjoyed Fries a la Carte. I would definitely be back for more yummy fries next time I am in Bend!

On our first visit, our dish was over salted. Inedible. On our second visit, I asked if the fries could be lightly salted. The owner immediately asked if I had been in before and if my food had been over salted. I said yes. He kindly offered that he had realized he may have the wrong shaker and had talked to employees about the problem.
He thanked me for letting him know and clearly wants to make sure his food is consistent.
He then gave me one of the plates I ordered free of charge! Awesome service! And AMAZING food! Sweet potato curry. Epic.
