It isn’t there. We spent an hour trying to find it in the midst of a bike race only to discovery they are not there anymore. It would have been nice to know that. We would’ve skipped Bend altogether.

Bend, OR
The best ice cream I have had in Bend. All organic and natural ingredients. Just milk, cream, and sugar. No nasty gums or stablizers. Also the liquid nitrogen freezing process makes the freshest and creamiest ice cream I have ever had anywhere. Plus it’s fun to watch. Can’t wait to get more!

Really tasty ice cream right by the river. You might have to look for the cart as it’s tucked away behind a busy street but then you can just stroll down the steps to the river with your treat. Also it’s a bit of a show when they make each batch — some entertainment to watch!
