Love this company, love these pies. Thin, crispy, super fresh sauce and toppings. It’s always a pleasure to stumble upon The Pizza Cart, and they seem to have a crew of people that genuinely enjoy what they’re doing, they’re always smiling, laughing, having a good time.
I highly recommend the pepperoni with fresh basil, pineapple and jalapeños!

We had the Pizza Cart cater our rehearsal dinner. Hosting a destination wedding with 45 guests is not easy, but these ladies made me not want to punch anyone. I was a bit concerned coming in to a town I had never been to, with vendors I wasn’t able to try. Especially when it comes to food. The only thing I was dead set on for the wedding was a pizza and beer rehearsal dinner. if I could do it all over again, I would choose these ladies as my vendor again and again. They were a delight to work with, and the pizza was off the chain.
I like pizza. A lot. My husband’s bro friends like pizza. A lot. And if those guys give you the thumbs up, you are good. But the Pizza Cart went above that. One more than one occasion I heard someone say ‘this is the best pizza I’ve ever had’.
Fresh. Well seasoned. Perfectly cooked. And served by two delightful ladies. My favorite thing was the variety of topping options. Most of the gang either got ‘The Best’ or the ‘Greek’. Both were pretty stellar.

Got The Best Pizza from here during The Bite of Bend. Not only is this pizza’s name The Best Pizza, but it was the best pizza. It was fast, it was fresh, it was brick ovened, and it was tasty. Could you ask for more?

This pizza rocks!!! We asked The Pizza Cart ladies to cater our wedding…4 days before the wedding. Miraculously, they said yes! We live in Seattle and love brick oven pizza. I thought pizza would be awesome to serve at our very small, thrown together in 30 days, wedding. Thank god for The Pizza Cart. Not only was the pizza and salad delicious, the gals were super sweet and accomodating. Our guests raved about the deliciously thin crust, not too much cheese, and fresh toppings. My mother, who lives in Iowa, is seriously inspired to start her own brick oven pizza cart business!
If we lived in Bend, we would be The Pizza Cart’s #1 supporters. When we return to Bend, we will go out of our way to eat here to support Beth and Amelia’s sweet little enterprise.

The munchkins and I have eaten at The Pizza Cart several times are we are always delighted with the quality and freshness of product. «The Pizza Man’s» service is excellent.

The Pizza Cart has some of the best crispy crust pizza I’ve ever had (and that’s saying a lot) and the quality of ingredients are obvious from your first bite — local, organic & delish. My personal fave is the pepperoni pizza. The pizzas are ready super fast, and are the perfect size for lunch. I highly recommend The Pizza Cart for a fast lunch or afternoon snack anytime!

After driving by the tent in front of Pine Mountain Sports many times I finally decided to try out The Pizza Cart. The owner was quick and friendly. There were about 10? choices of pizza with specials. My order was a 4 cheese pizza, costing only $ 6. There were others at a higher price and I believe the cheese pizza was only $ 5, but the size was perfect for a single person (great lunch stop). I was amazed at how quick his brick oven worked too. I don’t think I was there more than 5 minutes total. Everything looked clean and properly stored (he washed his hands before helping me — how often do you see that in restaurants?).
The results: Well, I took my pizza home and was very happily impressed! This is the first time I’ve found real Italian tasting pizza in Bend! It had a delicious, crunchy thin crust with a rich tomato sauce. The cheeses were very full of flavor and a good assortment (real mozzarella, parmesan, goat cheese and I forgot the last one). Great tastes! For this decent price and ease of convenience I would definitely come here again. My only reason for 4 stars is that I want to try some of the others first.
