The Tile Shop

The store is beautiful with a great selection of beautiful tile at varying prices. Matthew C. was awesome and helped me find tile that is perfect for my project. He even ended up saving me money! Great service, great selection, great prices and great showroom.

I worked for Tile Shop south, it was very unorganized, very… very old computers/​pos system. schedule changes every week, sometimes you got the schedule the day before the new week started. Alot of tile were on back order. Manager weas shady, leaving for hours to run errands, very moody (constipated i think) was not friendly after my 1^st month, managers would buy stuff to make monthly quotas and then returning it at a later time, since they have a 6month return policy, staff would watch videos on phone for hours (especially this fat one, who felt the need to tell everyone about all boys (not men) she was involved with the night before, staff would play video games, eat or threw frisbees around the store instead of training or following up with customers. The fat chick was always eating or looking at food shows. If you were not buying or seem like you were going to buy they would not really want to help you. They only wanted to help builders & people who wanted to spend alot of money. The company seemed like a great place to work and I’ve heard good things about other Tile Shops, but unfortunately, i did not have a good experience. Great store for ideas & free classes, but I recommend you shop around if you want to save money. It was not all bad, I learned about Tiles & designs with customers. The customers where great, but it would take time make the big sales, which was look down on by management. The Tile Shop North is where you want to shop. Good luck!
