Dr. Rahman is respectful, caring and professional. She doesn’t overcharge and really knows her stuff. I’d recommend coming here if you’re nervous or just like nice doctors who actually care.

Great experience with Dr. Rahman

So, it’s that time of year again — well, that time every other year, for me to get my eyes checked and a new pair of glasses. I’m new to the area and in my search, I found Dr Rahman. I scheduled an appointment yesterday for a visit today @ 3pm. I have to say, this was the best experience of any eye exam I’ve ever had! Dr Rahman is incredibly patient and took the time to answer my questions and concerns. Her staff (Carol) was amazing too! I can’t say enough good things about my visit. I completely recommend South Park Meadows Optometry without hesitation. Great job!

I had a great experience with Dr.Rahman. My eye exam and contact fitting was very reasonably priced and the Dr. as well as her assistant were as friendly as could be.

I had a wonderful experience at South Park Meadows Optometry. I was in and out as a walk-​in and new patient within half an hour. Dr. Rahman was super friendly and communicative. I feel like my eyes are in good hands with her!
The best part was that they printed both my glasses and contact prescription for me to take home. Now ordering contacts or glasses online will be a breeze! Love that they didn’t haggle me to order them through their office.

Needed an impromptu eye exam after my glasses broke. Was able to get in here next day. There was a walk-​in there and they took him in 10 minutes before my appointment, so I had to wait a bit. Minus one star for that… I made an appointment for a reason. Anyway all went well and 20 minutes or so later I had my prescription.

Even though this is the tiniest office I have ever been in, Dr. Rahman is awesome! She is friendly but to the point. She discovered I really only needed help for my right eye and not both and I was in and out in about 30 minutes, although I am sure if I needed more time, she would have given it! If you are looking for a new optometrist, go see Dr. Rahman!

Literally just had my first visit an hour ago and felt compelled to write a review. Dr. Rahman is awesome! I’ve had great eye doctors before and she’s definitely one of the top. She’s very personable and easy to talk to. Eye exams are pretty quick and efficient. She’s located (not inside the actual store) at Target but outside, towards the curb/​street. There’s a sign that’ll say «The doctor is in» or something like that. The receptionist is amazing as well. Very helpful. Anyway, her office is pretty tiny. There’s a small waiting area with 2 chairs. Then you proceed to the exam room– adequate spacing with all of the eye equipment stuff. Overall, I’m glad to have found my new eye doctor!

This is the best eye doctor I have ever, ever had. She makes me feel so comfortable when I visit because I know she is going to get things done right. I’ve had contacts and glasses since I was young and never before felt that I was in such capable hands. In addition, her interpersonal skills are outstanding. My eyes are feeling better than ever before, my contacts and glasses are working perfectly for me, and I actually look forward to visiting.

Dr. Rahman and her office staff are fantastic. She was quick and accurate and accommodated all my requests even during follow up appointments. Glad I found a great eye doctor to rely on in Austin.

I needed an eye Dr. ASAP when I was having eye infections on and off with the contacts I had. I was new to Austin and made an appointment with Dr. Rahman. She tackled my eye issues right away. I was seeing her on a weekly basis and with my hectic work schedule and traffic she even waited for me one afternoon while traffic got me. She is the best eye Dr. In South Austin. She is a gem hidden in a little office at Target. It’s been a year since my eye problems, I know its because she cared so much about helping me. I struggled with it for years. I went to her yesterday for my yearly exam and she is still the BEST!!!

This office is the smallest office I’ve ever been in… but I had the best quality eye exam ever! Dr. Rahman was very pleasant, and she really took her time with me. I will definitely be back to see her again.

Dr. Rahman was so amazing. She was pleasant and professional. She made me feel very comfortable and at ease, which is normally difficult when people are poking around at your eyes. The office was clean and very well kept. This was the first time I went to her office, but I will definitely be going back and telling everyone about how great the service was there.

I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Rahman, she is truly the best eye doctor I have ever seen! My husband and I were looking for a new eye doctor and my husband actually had an appointment with a different doctor (at a different location) and the morning of got a phone call saying the doctor was sick and they needed to reschedule. He called Target Optical and was told that Dr. Rahman at South Park Meadows Optometry (inside Target) had availability that day so he took it. He came home saying how great she was and how much time she spent with him, so I decided to schedule with her and am so thankful that I did. I had my original contact fitting but continued to have minor difficulties with my vision. I went back to her a couple of times until she found the perfect prescription for my eyes. It is obvious how passionate she is about her job, she is extremely personable and patient, and really takes the time to listen and make you feel comfortable. She has definitely found her calling and I wish all medical professionals were like her. I will, without a doubt, recommend Dr. Rahman to everyone I know!
