I was shopping in the center and walked in to make an appointment. The office staff told me that Dr. Reed could see me as a walk in. He and his staff are professional, helpful and comptitevely priced. I felt no pressure to purchase anything. My husband made an appointment the following week. My husband is a Doctor of Audiology in private practice and he was also impressed with Dr. Reeds office. My husband encouraged me to write a review!

I never actually saw the doctor. However the front desk staff was very unprofessional, rude, and seemingly lazy. When I called to ask for an appointment they didn’t answer the first time. Upon return call they acting like I was putting them out while trying to figure out schedules. She ten told me they accept walk-in’s. Well, I showed up today and guess what!!! They don’t take walk-in’s after 4:00. I took off work early and everything! Needless to say now I’m at another place.
