Before I start, let me say that I am extremely discerning when it comes to customer service. My expectations are high after years of working with the public, and I don’t hesitate to tell anyone about a bad experience. Luckily, I don’t have a bad experience to share about this location of Target Optical, only good. I scheduled an appointment two weekends ago for a routine eye exam. I opted in to receive appointment reminders by text as part of the scheduling, which was a simple process online. I arrived Friday 15 minutes prior to my appointment to fill out new patient paperwork. I was greeted with a smile, and I was promptly seen as soon as I finished filling out the forms, which took about 5 minutes. Dr. Rahman conducted my eye exam. She was nice, friendly, smiling, and thorough. She took her time with me and asked several times if I had any questions. After the eye exam, I quickly paid my $ 10 co-pay and then headed to the optical center to find a new pair of frames. Prices seemed about the same as any other large chain I had been to in the past such as Lenscrafters. I am fortunate to have good optical insurance and was pleased with what I had to pay OOP. The employees in the optical center were very friendly, helpful, and fun. From beginning to end, I was in and out in one hour flat. Not bad for being a new patient, getting an exam, and choosing new frames! My new glasses were chosen on Friday and they arrived on Tuesday. When I picked them up, the employees ensured a good fit and I was on my way in minutes. I have to give this location five stars for their efficiency, speed, and friendliness. I highly recommend you visit them if you’re in the area and have any optical needs!

Boutique pricing with none of the service. Actually, if you like going to a boutique and being ignored, by all means, this is your place. I think I might have offended the rep because I already had a prescription and could pay cash.
