Stopped in here on our way to dinner. There was a chick behind the counter, no other customers in the place and she never greeted us. No hi, hello, can I help you. There was also a guy working there who also did not greet us. It was so weird and unwelcoming we left. Go to HD of OC in Irvine if you want good service and cute merchandise.

The Clothing and merchandise support staff are top notch. Always friendly always greet you.
Parts department guys are typical Harley dealer guys, not much personality but knowledgeable.
Small showroom limited bikes. They only work on newer bikes.

First off this place is NOT a bike shop/​dealership. This place is a merchandise retail store. You want a shirt, jacket, hat or other knickknacks? This place has it. Small selection of kids apparel.

This location of Harley-​Davidson of Anaheim IS NOT a full-​fledged H-​D dealership. Instead, it is a small H-​D boutique shop, selling H-​D clothing and merchandise.
Beware — I could not find the hours for this location on their web site. So I assumed wrongly, that they had the same hours as the other Harley-​Davidson of Anaheim locations — it does not. It opens on weekdays at 11:00 am.
I arrived at 10:30 am and waited for a half an hour — when 11:00 am rolled around — still no one. I called the main location and asked when this location opens. They confirmed 11:00 am. Someone finally arrived and opened the front door about 11:07 am.
I asked where the sleeveless t-​shirts/​muscle shirts were? Don’t have any. Also, did not see any H-​D dealer poker chips or pins — perhaps I should only expect to find those at the main dealership?
Don’t waste your time here. Go to the main location over on West Orangethorpe.
