This is not a super fancy luxurious place, but it is a damn good bang for your buck. I got the $ 20 pedicure on a whim when I had some time to kill (I’m from Emeryville). The massage chair was comfortable, the water temp was adjusted for the hot day outside, the technician was super thorough including my ingrown toenail, and the polish looks great.

If you’re not in a hurry you should come here. They usually have a lot of customers and take forever!!! However, I do recommend you to LILY! She’s very humble and works great while keeping me satisfied.

Came here on a Monday afternoon and didn’t have to wait, which was really nice. I informed the lady I only wanted a color change with shellac polish. She was super nice and was very thorough. What ended up happening was I didn’t realize she was actually giving me a manicure (I don’t get my nails done very often so I didn’t know the difference… my fault) so I ended up paying $ 24 instead of the $ 12 I was expecting to. Since she did a nice job, I didn’t complain and left her a nice tip as well. A couple of hours later, I noticed some of the polish already peeling since she had left some of it on my skin. I went in the following day and let them know about and they gladly fixed it! They kept apologizing but I was just happy they were nice enough to fix it without charging me extra. I’d still come back here, but would definitely be clearer about the service I want next time.

I was very happy with my toes and my manicure except that I went into get my Full set removed because my normal nail person was fully booked and they immediately starting talking trash about my friend who does my nails because they were saying my nails were too thick and they kept saying what did you do do your nails. My nails were gorgeous and I’m happy with the work that she does I just couldn’t get an appointment with her. Then I was happy with my pedicure but the paint that they were using was no good and five minutes after they finish the pedicure I noticed the paint was already messing up. They ended up throwing the pain away, but instead of removing it and fixing it they found a similar color and painted over it which was fine until four hours later I got home and put my shoes on and my nail still were not dry. I don’t live in American Canyon so I have to now go somewhere and get nail polish remover and I guess I’m just going to have toes with no paint that is ridiculous.

I been here for 2hours getting my nails done horrible job, fingers are sore from the man scraping, filing them away! Horrible horrible horrible then a technician blame it on the nail polish really don’t go there!!!’

I went here with my cousin bc I’ve been dying to get my nails done for a while. I’ve only been here one other time before and it was alright.
I was here on NYE– exactly a week ago– and one week later, my polish is chipping off, and i look like i need a fill. it’s not that bad but you can tell that a fill is needed.
I paid $ 39 before tip for my nails, $ 44 after tip. keep in mind the guy cut me with one of the tools. I didn’t receive an apology or anything. I personally wasn’t going to leave a tip just because of that incident, but i went ahead and did.
Currently on a mission to find a better nail salon in my area than this one.

Not happy at all with this place. Many of my friends have told me not to go here but was on a time crunch so stopped in anyways. Right off the bat was treated HORRIBLE. The man helping me was yelling at me saying I had gel nail polish on. I kept trying to tell him I didn’t but he became angry and started yelling. Then as he was using the electric nail filer he cut two of my fingers, didn’t say sorry or anything. When he was done with my hands he would throw them down. When asked to pick a color I said no that’s ok (wanting to hurry up and get out of there) he got more angry telling me how «bitches» think me always try to tell him how to do his job. I was so shocked! All I could say was «wow you don’t have to worry about me coming back EVER». This was the worst experience.

Came here on a holiday as they were the only place open. Hoping to have a good experience, I came right when they opened. The pedicure was going fine until the (older) lady did the scrub. It’s a salt (or sugar) substance mixed with oil or lotion that they scrub into your feet and legs. It was nice until she started scrubbing really hard on my ankles. OUCH! The skin on my ankle bones is not very thick and it surely isn’t calloused. So I said Ouch and she says, «too much?» and I tried to explain to her that the skin there is sensitive and does not need exfoliation. My heels and the bottom of my feet? Yes, scrub there please. If I am in a pinch and need a pedi and they’re the only ones open, I’d probably go back. But I keep getting disappointed each time. boo!

I called last minute to get an appointment and was able to schedule one asap. It was pretty busy when I came in. There wasn’t that many good options for nail polishes. I didn’t check for gel colors. I enjoyed the scrub part of my pedicure. The lady gave a nice massage too. This place is kind of hidden in this plaza.

The first thing I noticed when I walked in this salon was the smell of acetone. It was strong but not unbearable. My friend and I walked in at around 12 PM today without scheduling an appointment and were seated right away.
Three things I didn’t like:
1) The guy who did my nails was on his cellphone multiple times. Unprofessional.
2) He put one thin coat of the nail polish I selected, a clear coat on top, and went on his break. He didn’t even ask me how many coats I wanted. The nail polish was so sheer that you could see that I had on fake nails. So I asked the other worker who was working on my friend’s nails to put on another coat for me. By the time he was ready to, the guy who was working with me came back from his break and did it. Since another coat still didn’t look good enough for me, I asked him to put some glitter on top.
3) The price for acrylics is $ 22 here, which is $ 8 cheaper than the place I usually go to (Sky Nails in American Canyon), so I was pretty excited about that. However, they charged me $ 8 for removing the old acrylics I already had on. I wasn’t aware of that fee. If I had known, I would have done it myself. On top of that, I only had 7 of the acrylics because 1 had fallen off and I removed the other 2. So $ 8 to remove only 7 nails is not reasonable.
Overall, I am pretty satisfied. My nails turned out beautifully. The guy made sure my nails were evenly shaped. There is a large selection of regular nail polish. And they use good, sanitary equipment.

If your going to salons which have people like them who don’t speak English well, show them pictures or ask them if they have samples. They have skills for sure. Im not local, but they did a great job. I had worst pedicure the other night and they fixed them and even made them look much better.

Fast, friendly, clean, affordable. Walked right in and walked out with great wedding nails for only $ 35. Place was clean and staff was attentive. Excellent selection of colors and styles.

One star is too much! This place is all round terrible and lacks professionalism. I should have done my pedicure and manicure myself.

one star because it’s Monday and I got them done Friday and two are broken.
they weren’t all that great to start with but I had plans for the weekend, one broke the next day and the other one on Sunday.
shame 25 $ for a weekend, not even that. I’m not sure on his name
but it was a guy that did them. if anyone can recommend someone or where else that does go cheap on product like most of these nail places
update: it’s been a week and another one came off, you can tell they were cheap and only lasted a week because how clean they come off

First time here… great experience. I had gel for my nails done by Yen. She was excellent. Attention to detail. Smiled and was kind to my kids (which both had to come. They had nice big sofa for kids to sit on) I WILL BE BACK! my neighbors referred me to Kj nails. I’m happy I went!! Good work !

If I could give them no stars I would, HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE ! & they lie to you just to get your money I will never step foot in here ever again !

I was one of their first customers about 10 years ago. They were always OK, never great. Alot of bad habits. Haven’t been in here in over 7 years… I was surprised they were so busy since they pissed me of so bad last time it took me 7 years to come back… and only because my regular place couldn’t take me and I was going or of town so I didn’t have too many options.
Anyways the girl did a good job on my Desigin and the owner remembered me. But the problem came towards the end. 1 — they only had cheap gel to put on my nails. Then when I asked if she could put on a extra coat on my nails the chick just said no and walked away… WtF!!!
So when I’m out of town all my paint cracks on my nails. And all the white turned yellowish and my rhinestones started faking out one by one. They looked horrible after 48hrs. I almost went back when I got back into town to make them redo them but figured they would just look horrible again so I just went back to my regular place… So just Say no. NOT EVEN WHEN DESPERATE

Grr kind of irritated. I used to come here 4 years ago religiously bcus lee who did my acrylics did a great job but when I found a new place in town I put this one on the back burner anyways I went today bcus my usual place was super busy.
I had came in and a man quickly began doing my acrylics and it was going okay until the machine he was using kept cutting my skin. 25 $ later I got home and noticed my right hand and left hand fingers are not matched only my thumb nails are the same size all the rest of them are either shorter or longer than the other + 1 crooked nail on my right hand.
