Pizza Hut

This Pizza Hut is terrible. I done been here a few times. I won’t be going back. The customer service isn’t good. They made my pizza and forgot to do my wings. I order ahead of time online. So I had to wait. No apologies!!! Manager wasn’t around until the end when anther customer was complaining. When I got home my pizza was cold and doughy. I called today and spoke to a different manger. He could really care less. Don’t waste your time going here. I will be contacting corporate!!!

I only have a few issues with this location. My biggest is, when I order extra cheese, that is what I expect. I don’t want cheese stacked a foot off the pizza, but huge holes of just sauce? This has happened repeatedly. Otherwise, it’s the typical Pizza Hut experience. Delivery times can vary, from either than expected to way past the set time.

Very good pizza!!! Fast and hot! I never had any problems with this Pizza Hut! Staff is nice also!

All I have to say is it’s way better than dominos. They have cheese stuffed crust. And the pizza is actually worth it’s price.

We ordered online, and paid by CC. I received a confirmation #, and a note saying the CC would be charged. When the Pizza showed up (relatively quickly) they said we owed cash. I showed them the confirmation on the Ipad and the delivery guy called the store. He put the store on the phone with me and instead of saying the card number was wrong, and it didn’t go through (I actually never heard those words) they told me that I just owed cash. When I said I had a confirmation number that we paid via CC they said that it wasn’t there problem and proceeded to cuss at me. I handed the phone back to the delivery guy and closed the door. (I had a confirmation #, and never heard that our CC didn’t go through so I though we were go to go)
About 10 mins later I received a call from the same person I spoke with earlier cussing at me saying that we stole the pizza and that I was a … and a … and that I should go … myself etc. I obviously hung up, and we decided to just take the pizza back because we didn’t want to deal with them. (It was still untouched) and I called to tell them that we would be bringing it back. At this point I finally spoke with the real manager (the person who I was speaking with earlier was pretending to be the manager) and she said that we stole the pizza and they were coming. I assumed «they» meant the cops. When I heard the loud BANG BANG BANG on the door I opened it, Ipad receipt in hand, thinking it was the police. To my surprise it was 2 pizza hut employees– 1 in the car, 1 standing at my doorway refusing to leave my house! Talk about feeling threatened. I tried to show him the receipt, he continued cussing at me (this was the same guy I had been talking to on the phone– I recognized his voice) I began shouting that he needed to leave my doorway, or I was calling the cops. He refused to leave, he told me the «pigs» could suck his …, and thankfully at this point 2 of my neighbors had come out and were also trying to get him to leave. Finally he left. I called the corporate office, and filled a complaint. They seemed to be horrified and let me know someone would call me right away, or with in 3 business days. I will never EVER go to this store again. I recommend ordering from somewhere else.
UPDATE– the GM showed up at our house was exteremly apologetic, and really made up for the rude employee!!! Thank goodness!!! :) We will continue to go to Pizza Hut, just maybe not this one.

Kind of a let down.
I remember growing up reading all of my books for the Pizza Hut book it program getting my little pin filled with stars and going with my family to get my very own personal pizza. Ahh the nostalgia. Anyway, Pizza Hut has always been good to me in the past so I was hoping to bring back that good time feeling as a kid. Visiting my girlfriend in Alexandria this fine evening, didn’t feel like going out, so we ordered delivery. The pizza came fast and it was a good deal. But they say you you eat with your eyes first. Let’s just say my eyes vomited a little when we opened the box. The pizza was slopped in the box with no care at all, only half of the pizza was able to be eaten as whole slices. The the cheese sticks were cold and pretty unpalatable. Won’t be doing delivery from this hut again. Today they killed a little piece of what’s left of my inner child. :(

I went with this place, mostly cause of the bad reviews of the Pizza Hut that was closer to our hotel. I ordered thru the website, and got overcharged. (The menu at the store said 10 breadsticks for $ 8, yet he charged me $ 10) we didn’t check the pizza before we left, but we should have cause we got back and found that they gave us the wrong pizza. I figured a simple cheese pan pizza wouldn’t be too hard, well we got a no sauce, half cheese, half pepperoni. My girlfriend is a vegetarian and I don’t like pepperoni, not to mention that it was luke warm. Won’t bother going back, we’ll just hit up dominos or papa johns, since they were much closer anyway.

Friendly staff… love the $ 5.00 lunch special!!! Personal pizza, bread sticks & a drink :-)
