Worst pizza I ever had!!! Pizza wasn’t even fully cooked. Customer service was terrible with the young male manager, who really could care less. The other male manager made this terrible pizza. Health department needs to shut this place down. I don’t advise anyone to go here.

I had been ordering pizzas at this location for carryout at least once a week. Surprisingly, this Domino’s does not deliver to my house, even though it is closer than the one South of my place. It’s a zip code issue. I was pretty satisfied with my purchases until a couple weeks ago. They went from being good to lousy. No toppings-a couple pieces of sausage per slice. It was cut into 6 instead of 8 slices. Very little cheese. It was cold-I live about ten minutes away. The sauce was not the usual marinara sauce. They used something different. It tasted just plain awful. My stomach churns just thinking about eating another one. I sent a complaint to Domino’s headquarters and received a message back with an excuse. They don’t own this location. Tough Luck! Domino’s, I think not. BTW, the other one South of me, burned two pizzas in a row, so I quit ordering from them.

We switched to Domino’s after having some horrendous experiences with the local Papa John’s. Experiences that sound similar to the other reviews for this Domino’s. I have had great experiences with this Domino’s. Love the pizza tracker. They always deliver within 30 minutes of my order being placed. Pizza always arrives hot and fresh. Not the world’s best pizza, but definitely satisfies the craving.

I have ordered from Dominos for years. I just waited for over an hour after ordering online and called. Nothing was done to accommodate me. They said the manager wouldn’t have the driver send my food at this time. Very unprofessional and not hospitable. Unless you want to take a chance at spending money and not having food I would not recommend anyone using this location.

Delivery is always fast. Food is always hot. Pizzas are always well made and well cooked. On the rare occasion, a soda is forgotten, but the driver always fixes that fast with a return trip. Ordering is easy. Value for expensive is very good for today’s market. High Five.

I used to work for Dominos in college, so I’ve eaten my fair share of bad orders and cancelled pies. I’ve pretty much lost my taste for the stuff, but my kid wanted a Dominos pie, so I figured, it hasn’t killed me yet. Plain pepperoni tasted about what I remembered: sauce was decent, crust was a little on the doughey side. I got this for carryout, so I can’t comment on the delivery experience. The waiting area was spotless, but the prep area is just as grubby as I remembered it: flour and sauce everywhere, bits of toppings in every nook and cranny. And when they get slammed on Saturday nights, you can just bet the drivers and throwing the pies together and ignoring the«Employees must wash hands» sign. God knows I did. Still, a lot less greasy/fake buttery than Pizza Hut, but if I feel like getting a cheap pizza, I head for Ledo’s or down the road to Little Caesar’s for a $ 5 ready-to-carryout pie that’s bigger and tastes better than this. For delivery, you still can’t beat Juliano’s. Much better overall experience.

I normally get delivery but decided that since I was down that way that I would order inside and take home. Their pizza is normally pretty good but while I was waiting for my pizza I saw the most disgusting thing. The table where they prep pizzas is not the very clean and doesn’t look like they wipe it after each pizza. The guy walked by and there was apparently some sauce that was on the table that dripped. Instead of wiping it, he actually wiped it with his finger and scraped it on the inside edge of the pizza sauce bucket! Can you believe that. He saw that I noticed but continued on with his work. How gross can you get!!! Now this is South Alexandria, what can you expect from these folks. I’ll pass on eating here again.

Absolutely awful! I found a fingernail in my pasta. The manager gave us attitude when we reported the situation and eventually lightened up when she realized how unsanitary the case really was. We got out money back but papa Johns will be my choice for pizza from now on. Fyi make sure u remember the name of your prepped that shows on the dominoes website so u know who to light up if u find fingernails, toe jam, snot or any other unwanted things in your food.

Whenever I have no food in the house and am unable to go grocery shopping, I always order from here. We don’t have many good places in this area for delivery foods and I only like frozen pizza. Their Philly Cheesesteak sandwiches are always great. I love salty food and theirs is perfect and hits the spot every time. I’ve ordered from them so many times throughout the years and had minimal problems, but they are always able to fix it. The lady manager is great too and will make sure to solve whatever the problem was via email, because once I was accidentally charged for 3 items when I only ordered 1 item; it was a bad computer day and everyone that ordered had the same issue. They fixed it. Everytime someone delivers they’re nice and friendly.
