I have been shopping here for so many times. Much much better customer service than the Oakridge location

I’m not a huge fan of TNA solely because find a lot of the styles a bit young for me, however I find that their clothing is fairly good quality and every once in awhile they carry some good basics or on trend styles that suit all ages. Anyways, for this review I’ve put my personal aesthetic aside and am basing my rating purely on my customer service experience. I found a fall jacket I *loved* but they didn’t have my size in, so they kindly offered to order it in for me. Since it was coming from another province I was told the wait would be up to 10 days and I would have to pay up front. So I paid and I waited… waited… waited… 17 days passed and I had heard nothing so I gave the store a call to see if perhaps I’d missed the call and got some snippy girl who simply said«did we call you yet? no? then it’s not in we’ll call you when it’s in». No apology that it was now a week late, no suggestion that maybe something might have gone wrong in transit. 25 days pass and I still haven’t heard anything, so this time I drag my buns down to Granville street and inquire in person. This time I’m taken seriously and the salesperson was helpful and said she’d look into it, with the disclaimer that«well it’s coming from outside of the province so it could take awhile,» suggesting that this kind of thing happens all the time(meanwhile, I’m thinking«then why would they have already told me it could be UPTO10 days?). A week later I hear back and they’ve finally tracked my jacket down after 32DAYS! Given it was a seasonal item I would probably not have ordered knowing it was going to take this long, alas I had prepaid for the item. They really need to either mention the wait for some items could be long up front, or at least be apologetic/concerned when an item takes longer than expected.

This is the best TNA store in Vancouver. They seem to have more selection than the other TNA stores, and some hidden gems. I always leave with a bag of clothes in hand whenever I go into this store. They have some sales often, which are great. I went there today and bought a sweater I’ve been eying for a while, and it was 30% off. I was stoked! The staff here is so friendly and helpful, and they aren’t pushy like other Aritzia or TNA stores. One girl recognizes me all the time and always makes conversation with me. She’s also very good at giving me fashion advice and giving me her honest opinion. The clothes are a bit pricey, but they are so well made. I still wear my winter jacket from TNA that I got 6 years ago, and it’s still in top condition. You really get what you pay for!

while the clothes and vibe are casual, the service is top notch. they recently had a killer deal on winter boots that i couldn’t pass up, but they didn’t have my size so they ordered them in from a store in toronto. there was confusion with the transfer and it ended up taking way longer than expected, but the staff at this store were in constant contact with me with updates and apologies and turned what could have been a really frustrating experience into a positive one. in the end i got my boots for SUPER cheap(and they are awesome) and they even gave me a gift card for my troubles… that was almost as much as the boots themselves! i am so so so impressed with the way everyone dealt with this issue… danielle rocks.

What can I say. I love comfy clothes and I love TNA’s hoodies and t-shirts. They are ever so comfy and make for great weekend wear. Well really any day wear when I am not at work and can just loung around. Great west coast style.

Yes. I am a fan of TNA. I don’t love everything offered in this South Granville store(much of it seems very high school-esque to me), but they do have the basics — fitted tees, comfy hoodies, trendy leggings — I will give them that. The predominantly female staff is always eager to help(tell them you’re really just browsing if they start acting a little clingy), and the store stocks plenty of product in multiple sizes so it’s likely you’ll find what you’re looking for.

Generally, I am not excited about everything at TNA. I find that it resembles a good majority of the ‘leisure’ clothing trend, of which I am not innocent of, but I don’t revel in it like some do. Nevertheless, there was a very interesting and might I add, very cozy line of stylish organic cotton designs, in particular a really lovely wrap around sweater, just the right weight fabric for Vancouver weather. They also carry great basic tees, tanks and accessories, think hats and belts, as well as jackets and jeans. My sister also swears by the iPod and Blackberry covers that you wouldn’t think to look for here, as in, they are significantly cheaper than those other kind. That’s my insider tip! Service is always attentive and they seem to play better music in this store than many others… these are the things I notice!

What started off as some kind of casual off-shoot of Aritzia’s main aesthetic has now grown into its own power brand. With a hegemony over sweatpants second only to Lululemon(c’mon, that’s basically what it is), it’s expanded to other can’t-live-without basics(think tanks, tees and light Vancouver-appropriate rain jackets. The girls in the shop are always friendly and eager to point out the latest shifts in denim trends. Their mirrors are falsely flattering but bode well when in need of an ego-stroking.
