Amazing quality and superb service. Whenever I need to bring meat to a BBQ or am hosting my own I always go here. They never fail to provide great recommendation ans also a few free tasty nibbles from the cured meat selection.
It costs a bit more than your average butcher but it shows in the quality.

Serena Q nailed it when she mentioned salivating at the counter. When the butcher noticed my perverted stare at the cured meat, he offered to slice me off a bit to try. Everything he handed me was so delicious. Chorizo, salami, prosciutto.
The real stand-​out; one of the best things I’ve ever eaten: the cured wagyu beef. I stopped chewing on it and looked at the butcher. «What the?!» I’m sure he thought I was going to spit it out. I said «this is f*cking amAZING. Holy sh.» Usually I keep it pretty clean, but this wagyu just turned me into a swearing truck driver. I couldn’t believe how fantastic a single food item cook taste.

I stood at the butcher counter salivating as I frantically decided what I should make for dinner. It just all looked so perfect.
I told the butcher my day was great; he told me his was «really great.» The people are incredibly happy and friendly at Hudson, and I suppose you would be too if you were serving people with fresh, healthy, delicious meat all day everyday.
I opted for the lamb roll. My aunt was flying in from the US and I wanted to impress her with a hearty, delicious meal after her long flight. She was absolutely blown away by this meal. I can’t wait to go back and

They may be a bit pricey (competing with Victor Churchills for priciest butchers in Sydney), but you are paying for quality meat, outstanding service and a beautiful place to buy your meat from.
The staff at this particular store are super helpful, always happy and able to give you great cooking tips. And the meat is tops!
Bonus — they usually have awesome Foursquare checkin deals! Some of my Foursquare winnings inlcude a HUGE Italian cake ($ 60) and a kilo of beef sausages!
