Quinlan’s on High

Quinlan’s is a training restaurant for the local cookery and hospitality Challenger Tafe students. Therefore prices are low and quality is high as the students are putting in their best efforts! It is only open a few hours during the day for lunch and then again at night for dinner and cocktails. It is busy but service is efficient, and I’ve never had an issue getting a table as a walk in during lunch time. I’d recommend their Smoked Salmon Focaccia, it is delicious and filling. It’s proximity to Notre Dame is handy as the students can afford a decent meal and the restaurant has a constant flow of people to test their skills. Not to say that doesn’t make it a restaurant worth visiting for a night out, they have a wonderful tapas menu and their hospitality standards are as high as a five star restaurant.
