Great salads, coffees and cakes. The owner is a lovely man who looks after his customers like friends. I almost always have the salad with shrimp and couscous, it’s great!

Ok, the big draws for me — tomato soup with a wonderful set of choices to add to it and a very nice open until 6am schedule on weekend nights. Negatives — the desserts aren’t amazing as they cost. Then again it’s Östermalm, so in terms of money being in that neighborhood is a declaration that you might as well just bend over and grab your ankles at most of the places. The crowd also tends to suffer from a certain overabundance of cologne and perfume — oh yeah, it’s in Östermalm. So, perhaps Östermalm is your thing and likely this place is just right for you in a lot of ways. For me I’ll probably be there when most of you are drunk and making your latest bad decisions somewhere down the street on a Saturday night.

— the café is located in the heart of Stockholm at Birgerjarlsgatan — small charming café for breakfast, brunch, lunch or even a light evening meal — delicious homemade pastries(Äppelpaj 48SEK; Tiramisu 69SEK); we tasted them on a Saturday evening before heading to a bar — friendly staff

This trendy spot is way overpriced when it comes to what they offer for food and drink. A tiny breakfast will easily cost you 100SEK, at least if you like a coffee too. What you pay for is to sit and watch people shopping for LV-bags(to the left) or hunting for labels at Natalie Schuterman(to the right). For these purposes, Albert’s is the best spot. For LCHF people I recommend the Agave-yoghurt, it’s delicious(however it contains some sugar, be aware).
