I can’t really comment on the quality of the message, because they refused to serve me. IFYOUWANT A MASSAGE, DONOTGOHERE. I arrived at 3:30pm, tense from a long week of work. I was hoping for a drop-in chair massage. They were busy, but said they would be available at 4:00pm. No problem, I waited around for 30 minutes. When I returned at 4, there were 3 other people waiting for the 1 massage therapist. The therapist said«Oops, Everyone who I told to come back at 4:00pm came back! That never happens!» I was told then to wait 2 minutes and another massage therapist would come. 10 minutes later, another strolls up and tells me he can’t treat me, he has to treat another client. I was really looking forward to a relaxing massage, but ended up with way more tension. Avoid this place

I love this shop! Its a lovely relaxing place to be! The chairs are very comfy and I could almost nod off without anyone touching my feet BUT the reflexologists are excellent here. Its £45 for an hour which I think is fairly reasonable for central London. I like chatting to the reflexologist after too and they tell me what areas in my body showed up in the reflexology! They are always spot on too! I would go more often if I could afford it!

I was cruising Whiteley’s with the pram, like we do most days, when I realized that my daughter was asleep. At that very moment, I looked up and saw that the reflexology place had their mini-massage chairs set up next to the produce. Normally I walk by these places and wonder why on earth anyone would have a massage in the middle of the mall. It all makes sense now. It’s because it’s heavenly. For twenty glorious minutes Christopher worked on the knots in my shoulders, arms and back. And the fact that it was such a wonderful suprise to find in the mall made it that much better.
