I’m a bit torn writing this review and I’ll explain why as I go along. At the heart of this scathing review is the fact I paid a LOT of money for the best possible lenses for my glasses and it was not until 5 months later that I had the completed pair of glasses — and even then it was not the lenses I ordered or wanted. This, therefore ranks as the worst retail experience I have ever had, irrespective of product. It involved forgetting to order lenses, losing lenses, cracking lenses, realising it was impossible to mount the lenses I had been sold and a general circus of errors with regards delivering on deadlines and living up to expectations/promises. However, the staff at the branch were always courteous, always greeted me with a smile(even though i was there to basically rant and rave at the ludicrous situation) and if I’m honest, I did feel sad that I wouldn’t see them again when I finally picked up my glasses, they had been a part of my weekly routine for so long… Anyway, apart from the staff being nice, the string of errors and excuses that led to a 5 month delay for a company that promises ‘an hour service’ cannot warrant anything more than a 1 star rating I’m afraid.
