Lovely healthy food and very welcoming staff. I love their toasted sandwiches and their long rolls. Fair amount of seating in this branch(compared to Baker Street branch nearby) but you are charged more if you eat in. I like to buy a toasted sandwich and eat it on my way to the park nearby. Also, I’ve never tasted better hot chocolate anywhere other than Pret(and I’ve tried many different places).

It’s a franchised sandwich shop. At least they have healthier options than most franchises!

When we rented an apartment near here a year or so ago, we would stock the refrigerator with sandwiches for late-night snacks after a day spent trekking around the city. Unlike other pre-packaged sandwiches we have had, these had a generous amount of natural ingredients on the bread, always tasted fresh, and bordered on gourmet goodness. Among our favorites were the chicken and bacon with lettuce and tomato and the roast beef with tomato, red onions, and horseradish mayonnaise. Their soups also are very good. Unsold food is donated to charity at the end of each day, so it’s nice to know the company is helping the less fortunate while serving a very tasty and reasonably priced product.

When you find yourself in an area where sixteen year old school girls sport £3,000 Hermès Birkins and charity shops are full to the brim of Louboutins, you just know that it’s going to be difficult to find lunch without waiter service and a crippling bill. Thankfully, Marylebone, one such place, is blessed with a branch of Pret A Manger. My favourite high street café with its fresh, largely healthy food and affordable prices. Unfortunately, seating at this particular branch is very limited meaning you’d be lucky to nab one of the three — count them and weep — seats inside. Last time I was here I cursed not practicing my yoga as a rather rude patron who was suitably talking about ethical consumption sadly hadn’t the tact to move her designer bag so that I had sufficient room to eat my scrummy sandwich. Ethical consumption indeed.
