we had a party of ten people, which they accommodated nicely. Reservations for a party of that size are a must! We had shared appetizers of hummus beiruty, tabouli, and the Lebanese Mountain Salad for starters. They were fresh and tasty! I should have stopped there, because I wasn’t hungry anymore… But we continued. Our group ordered th Mixed Grill, Mixed Shwarma, FARROUJMESHWI(boneless baby marinated chicken), ORJOWANKINGPRAWNS. Our lovely hostess Fatima served us some delicious Lebanese Sweets after our meal. A few. In our group loved the hummus and tabouli so much they order to takeaway for the next day!

Great Lebanese cuisine. Very fresh and tasty ingredients and good portion size. Service is very nice with great explanation of the dishes and the ambiance is cosy. Their hummus Beiruty is a must try and you can order everything without any doubt.

Great find in the Kensington area. I’m from São Paulo, so I’m quite familiar with Lebanese cuisine and knew what to order/expect. Very cozy ambience with an upscale feel(think:white tablecloths). We had the za’tar flatbread, kibie, and shish taouk(chicken kebab) –which came with some Lebanese rice. Very tasty, good price. Service was a bit scattered due since the restaurant was full. Communication was also difficult at times due to language barrier. I’d also recommend skipping dessert.

So much yes. Fresh hummus, mouth watering tabbouleh and the mixed grill was fantastic as well. The sauces that come with the mixed grill are to die for as well– I loved the creamy, white sour cream-type dip. I also order a fresh squeezed orange juice. I can’t wait to fly back to London, for the fun and food, which includes this restaurant.

Always good to see that a Unilocal recommendation stands up to the existing reviews. My friends and I went to the restaurant(there is a take away section as well) — quite convenient near Earls Court station. We had to wait a bit for one of our friends to arrive — and we never felt rushed to order. Agree with everyone with how lovely the service is — def service with a friendly smile which is quite rare these days in London. We definitely ordered a bit too much — 5 mezzes and a main each. Probably best to order about 3 mezzes and sharing 1 main course because it’s huge. The hummous was fantastic as well as the mutabal. We also ordered falafel, halloumi and fatayer. The fatayer was the only one where I thought it was a bit meh. The mezzes came with this delicious warm flatbread. My friends ordered the chicken and lamb shawarma and they were properly massive. I think we could’ve shared 1 for the 3 of us. I ordered the Orjowan prawns which was really good but really heavy on the sauce and very few prawns — worked out great because I was stuffed by then anyhow. We finished up with coffee and fresh mint tea and it was really nice to get some baclava to accompany it. I will def be back!

This was a superb restaurant, a round the corner and out of the way from the Earls Court underground. Its very easy to take a quick peek through the door and to keep on walking – it is very unpretentious. But don’t! The service was great. The food was excellent. The portions are large(they could easily feed two). We had a great family dinner.

Amazing food and service! Some of the best hummus and tabbouleh I’ve had, and I’ve had quite a lot. The place is small but if you have to wait, it’s well worth it to try their special Hummus Beiruty, Halloumi, and meats.

Someone called this the best Lebanese outside of Beirut. Not with this pita! The taste and texture seemed of sweet white flour. I was disappointed. Also, the cheese-filled pasty(hot mezze) was cold in the middle; obviously frozen. Disappointed again. The hummus was tasty, the tabouleh super fresh and delicious, and the chicken skewer was perfect. The service was nice but slow. The bathroom needs renovating. The prices are too high for what it is.

What a gem! This place is such a fantastic find. I can’t say I’ve ever had Lebanese before but being vegan I scoped out the menu and thought it was worth a try. When we got there I was a little concerned. Fancier than I thought it would be and the place was deserted. Glad that didn’t stop is. My wife and I were pretty hungry and decided to just split a bunch of plates. We got falafel, hummus, a zatar flat bread and spicy potatoes. Each item was great, but the falafel was incredible. Best I’ve ever had. The staff was also really friendly and helpful. I’d certainly go back if we find ourselves in London again.

This place is the real deal if you’re looking for authentic Lebanese food. The Kafka and lamb sandwich is amazing. The owner is extremely sweet.

Mixed reviews about this place. Food was exceptional but the service is something to be desired. Between the appetizers and main meal we were asked to move tables to accommodate a party of 14. While we graciously accommodated, we did expect a little something in return. Only after complaining at the end of the meal about a mandatory service charge that the waitress indicated did not go to her, the service charge was removed and we were offered a few token baklava just before we stepped out. Drinks took long to arrive and had to repeatedly ask for water. The reason this restaurant gets three stars is because the food is exceptional.

Fantastic! Never had any interest in libanese food — but since visiting Orjowan I’m addicted to Mezze! Incredibly friendly waiter, fresh and delicious bread — I hope to find such a good libanese restaurant in Germany. Hope to come back soon! :):)

We have decided to visit this restaurant after reading a lot of encouraging reviews about it along in being a short walk distance from where we live. Gladly the place didn’t disappoint us; the staff were very welcoming & friendly. They had taken our orders quickly and promptly. the place was quite small with only very few people & it didn’t have any wi fi. We ordered one Taboula *which is the traditional Lebanese Salad* it came out very tasty. Then we ordered mixed grills * consisting from small pieces of mixed lamb and chicken and bread on the side* along with chicken Shaorma *which is also a very famous tasty shredded grilled chicken dish* that also came out with bread along with some garlic sauce and mayo. Luckily none of these dishes came out too oily or too dry, their meet & chicken texture was just right. For the drinks their menu was very limited & a bit disappointing, it only had fresh juices along with softdrinks but with no cocktails that would have been a great add to their tasty food. Their prices were very reasonable & it would be a good experience especially for those who are not very familiar with the middle eastern cuisine; that would be a great introduction for them. & Since Im very used to the middle eastern cuisine both the labanese and the persian i would give it 6⁄10. Cheers!

A very cozy and heartwarming restaurant with a friendly staff. Most importantly, the food was out of this world, because it felt as if it was homemade traditional Lebanese food. I would highly recommend it if you want to try some original Lebanese food that is extremely exquisite. Go for it!

Best chicken shawarma I’ve ever had. Ingredients are fresh and well-prepared. Hummus is some of the best ever. They have a convenient café next to the main restaurant that seems to be open earlier. Staff was«passably friendly». Will definitely be going back here.

Delicious, healthy options available, very friendly. I ordered the chicken soup expecting a clear, broth-based soup and was pleasantly surprised by a tart, minty, yogurt-based opaque white soup. Yum! The waiter brought us pastries at the end of the meal and then as we were leaving asked us to wait a minute, as he seemed unable to resist running to get us another handful of sweets«for the walk», wrapped up in a napkin. A sweet gesture indeed!

We were in London recently for 5 days and found this gem. We liked it so much that we ate dinner there 2 of the 5 days. The food is delicious, authentic, and fresh at a reasonable price. The atmosphere is comfortable and it’s only a block from the Earls Court Underground Station.

One word: yum! Had dinner here with friends in January for my last night in London, and we couldn’t have asked for a more fantastic time. It was slightly drizzling and there weren’t many people(I think we were the only people), and the restaurant has a nice, quiet atmosphere. The waitress was pleasant and helped us choose from the menu, which was definitely needed since there was so much we wanted to order(we did still order way too much in the end…) The spicy potato appetizer was delicious! I got the chicken shawarma which was also fantastic – it was way too much food for me though, the portions are pretty sizable. Though definitely better than paying more for less. I also really like the bread, which was warm and has a really nice texture. I also have to give a thumbs-up to the lamb, which my friend got — I usually extremely dislike mutton, but it doesn’t taste like mutton(??) at all. It was delicious and I would now actually consider ordering that dish when/if I go back to London. Definitely a hidden gem and would recommend to anyone visiting nearby!

Service with a smile – well executed food. Loved my chicken wings, excellent tabbouleh and great bread. But most importantly, the wait staff was attentive, friendly, and delivered. Family kind of place with good food. This is a gem for Earl’s Court.

I’ve had the lamb shawarma to take-away and the mixed shawarma while dining in. Both were delicious. I also ordered a fresh lemonade while dining in which was on par with the rest of the dish. The food is a bit more expansive than the Middle Eastern take-aways spots in the area, but the food is definitely better. The venue itself is a small, pleasant, and quiet atmosphere with a very friendly staff.
