Totally a fan! I was famished after a comedy of errors getting to my hotel nearby. Spotted Leon, got a quinoa salad with peas and pomegranate for lunch. Enjoyed every bite. Was trying to figure out where to eat the next night and noticed the sweet potato falafel salad. DELICIOUS. Lemonade was fresh. Good, healthy food, fairly inexpensive.

After an exhaustive visit at the Fabric of India exhibit at the V&A, I was excited to spot the Leon, located just around the corner from the tube stop. I had eaten at my first Leon at the Folkestone terminal and it was awesome food and a dining experience like a warm hug, so was now excited to share the concept with my mum, who was in tow. Between the two of us, we got the Moroccan meatballs, fish finger sandwich, beetroot drink, and the lemon, lime and ginger drink and cost around £18. You ordered downstairs and then the seating plus Loo was upstairs. My meatball with rice and coleslaw was okay, while mum really disliked her fish sandwich– we got the faint whiff of overcooked oil, but it wasn’t so noticeable when we were downstairs, as otherwise have avoided. I liked the lemon, lime, ginger drink but mum found her beetroot(and blackberry + Apple) too sweet. It was especially sucky as apple is first ingredient and yet advertised as beetroot bramble! All in all, decent food, but I think I prefer the warmth and attitude of the Folkestone location more than this one!
