three words: «Just say no.» even if its 2am and you’re starving and you don’t want to eat at the pizza place on Charing Cross because it looks like crap(cuz it is!) DONOT, and I mean DONOT, eat at this place. Sure, it looks good from afar. I fell for the trick many a time. Over. And over. And over again(stupid alcohol). Do yourself a favor and go to the Subway across the street. Or the fish and chips place on the corner of Oxford and Charing Cross, by the tube station. But do not eat here.

When I lived in London I loved this place for cheap and tasty fast food. It’s not healthy, but it can’t be any worse for you than Burger King or KFC, and IMHO those noodles are way tastier! I don’t recall them having vegetarian options so I wouldn’t go here now unless that’s changed, but for any omnivorous tourists finding themselves hungry late in the evening, or at any time of the day if they’re feeling skint, I’d recommend this place over the other fast food joints in the area. It’s really a 2 or 2.5 star place, but I’m feeling nostalgic so I’ll give it 3. You could do a lot worse!

If you are really hungry and you have £5 in your pocket this is the place to go. There are around ten different dishes. You can select four Chinese favourites like sweet & sour chicken or beef in black bean sauce with rice and noodles in a £5 box. It is filling and hot and is great if you need a meal in a hurry. They have tables inside you can eat at with no service charge or expectations of tips. They also have computer terminals where you can pay to go on the internet. It is silly to expect top quality food from this kind of outlet. I imagine the food is full of MSG. My feelings are as a one off, go for it, although I wouldn’t eat it everyday.
