Each visit to London is a chance to discover another part of this lovely city. I had the chance to spend New Year eve and the first days of 2016 in (east) London and I was looking for a place where to grab my tea or caffeine kick.
Even tough english breakfast is tasty, I wasn’t in the mood for the complete british combo start. I’ve found what I’ve been looking for in this small and lovely café: a very tasty (should I say perfect?) chai latte with an almond croissant. It may sound simple but simplicity as its best is probably the most difficult stage to reach.
Cosy interior design, nice staff, reasonable prices (I mean, for London) well… see you in february for my next visit then!

Came here for breakfast on a Sunday morning and only choose it because the other places nearby weren’t yet open. Really glad I came here as they served the nicest breakfast I’ve had in ages. I had poached eggs on toast with parma ham and it was delicious, as was the freshly squeezed orange juice and the coffee latte.
The staff are friendly and helpful and the place has a cosy but quirky vibe.
I think I’ve found my new breakfast place for when I want a Sunday treat.

Strolling down Broadway Market one sunny Saturday with a grumbling stomach, I chose this cute little café to satiate my hunger. Why? Simply because it smelled good.
And boy was I right! Décor is homey and shabby chic-​like: wooden tables & school chairs and a well-​worn couch beckon you to sit and relax. The menu includes beer, various coffees and teas, and a tidy little breakfast menu. I had the scrambled eggs & salmon, which, for £5.70, is a bargain for the amount of food and was simply delicious. Staff are friendly, the whole vibe was comfortable and warm. A choice place to stop in if you need a break from the market crowds.
