Carphone Warehouse

My first reason for nipping in here was to purchase an internet dongle, as we hadn’t set up the ‘net in our house at the time, and I wanted to be able to go online when needed. The event was pretty much without incident; one of the guys in store found me browsing and asked if I needed advice, so I told him exactly what I was after and we sussed it out! The process took around 20 minutes, to go through the contract papers and such, but the service was friendly and efficient so that was pleasing! I was able to get straight to the point and find exactly what I required.
The second time I popped in I experienced a similar level of positive customer service, so they are consistent in their approach to customers! I wanted some information on the iPhone 3GS to see if they were selling them outright, as I have a pretty decent contract anyway. Unfortunately the chap showed me that they only had the 8gb (or 16gb, can’t quite remember!) iPhones stocked and that they were only £50 cheaper than the latest one, so was quite upfront about my options. At no point did he try to sell me a new contract and such, for which I was really grateful, and so I can happily say that Carphone Warehouse have been rather pleasant to deal with!
Next time I need some information about phones and such I will certainly make a note to pop by here and ask away for advice!
