What can I say? Everything in a package! I love this restaurant one of my favourites. The food is excellent, staff are friendly & polite, & extremely attentive, service is spot on. Prices are very good. Although I have not tried their takeaways, but I bet they very good. I so love you zamdani, you are the best!

I came here a couple of weeks ago for a working lunch, I was pleasantly surprised to find an airy and spacious restaurant. The staff were very friendly, pointing out to me that they had a very affordable 2 course set menu available for £9.95.
I didn’t pluck for the menu as I was feeling particularly fanciful, opting instead for a lamb passanda and bombay aloo. The passanda was nothing short of perfect, with the aloo a bit less noticable, although still nice.
Our food took quite a while to come, despite the restaurant being quiet. On reflection though, I think that is more a sign that the food is largely cooked to order.

Zamdanis has an air of tranquillity and grace throughout the restaurant, the beautifully laid tables and candlelit corners create an essence of etiquette and calm-​not an oppressive type, it just commands properness.
There is a good deal on at the minute where you can get a 2 course meal for £9.95 which runs from Sunday through Thursday, but regular meal prices tend to be in the region of £7-£13.
Lovely atmosphere, friendly staff, attentive service and tasty food-​pretty good.
