Another slight disappoint here from this pub in Glossop — maybe I’m being too harsh. For friends that like their real ales (i.e. men, not boys — or girls for that matter) there is only Robinsons. Prices are fine, its true.
It is really big in here so can look very empty if everyone is just around the bar; the whole area is pretty huge. But this is at least a good sign if you want to make sure that you get a table and plenty of space. The only times it gets really packed are the usual — weekend nights.
The pub hang out of choice for many of my family members, you will only really like this place if you walk in and see five people you know. You get the picture. So-​so centrally located big big pub with a little going for it.
