This review is a bit out of date (almost two years ago) but I wasn’t a Unilocaler then so thought it was still applicable.
I booked a deal on 5pm to get a brazilian wax here. On arrival the beautician asked what I was having done and when I told her she replied ‘oh, I’ve not done that since college’. Hmm. interesting since the business are advertising/​selling that particular treatment through an intermediary site.
We cracked on anyway but she clearly did not know what she was doing. After an awkward 10 or so minutes she looked horrified about going further back so in my embarassment told her to leave it. She also dropped wax where she shouldn’t have leaving me in much pain for a week.
I was so embarassed and just wanted to get out of there that I just paid and left because another woman was complaining about the same thing when I went to pay.
I tried to complain a day later over the phone and was told to do it in writing so I did but got no response from that or e-​mail.
Even if they sacked the therapist the management clearly don’t check these things first or deal with complaints.
Worse experience ever!

Had a horrible experience in this salon. I have long thick hair and get it trimmed every 8 weeks. I couldn’t get an appointment at my usual hair salon so though I would try Cruz for its handy location. I was given a nice welcome and offered refreshments right away which is what the 1 star is for. The salon owner cut my hair and made a right mess of it. She just was not able to cut it properly and I’m now having to go and get it fixed. It’s one of the worst haircuts I’ve ever had! I told her I was not happy but she argued with me and charged me anyway.
I would not recommend this place to anyone for a professional cut don’t let the location or salon exterior fool you.

Salon is one of the best in Glasgow Shirley is great service is first class and they have some great deals on location is great right in the heart of Ingram street Glasgow defo be back
