Tried here for the first time last night.
Wasn’t too busy. Service was great as was the food. Really flavoursome and tasty.
The BYO alcohol is a good idea and great value for money.
Would definitely recommend!

Follow Up: The owner e-​mailed me and has since apologised to me and offered me 20% off the next meal. Previous meals ordered from Shimla have been good in the past, so will give this take away/​restaurant another go! Please remember! There is always room for improvement!
Had not a very good experience with Shimla on Mon 08÷10÷12 and phoned them up. The person I spoke to was non too helpful about the starters and main meal that had been delivered to my home earlier. I could have excused one item being a problem but when it was 3 and good money was spent and had ended up in my bin, I was not too happy especially when money is tight these days. I was offered 10% off my next order but this did not cover the rice that was ordered and was not too good. Surprised by it as previous orders have been good and yummy. Where you having a bad night cooking at Shimla on Monday?

Was there on a family get together. Very nice restaurant, polite staff and the food was excellent. Everyone complimented the chef on the way out. Modern layout yet had a very homely feeling to the place. Next time am in Doncaster I know where to go.
