Have just been for lunch with a friend lovely fresh sandwiches, coffee and cakes, reasonably priced. Bright and modern with helpful staff. Will be back.

Great friendly service, wonderful coffees, food, and always clean, go to make this my favourite eats in the Chester area. The Wi Fi is a bonus too so I’m able to work in complete comfort.

I know it is only one of a large chain but difficult to fault Pret who have taken the basic sandwich and a drink (expresso and a Bakewell tart on my last visit) and making it just that little bit more pleasant.
If you can grab the arm chairs upstair by the window a pass some time people watching as you look down on Northgate Street.

Called in for a mocha coffee on the openig day Saturday 6th November 2010. £2.30 for a large mug. Very nice. Décor is bright, nice and clean. They have upstairs and downstairs seating. You can also view a Roman column through the floor at the front.
