Although I’m not sure if the misspelled name was intentional, Snak Attack is a great little café diner type place. I’ve had breakfast here on a couple of occasions, and have found the staff incredibly pleasant. They’re the kind of ladies that call you«love» and ask you to relax while they sort out your order. The customers too, are equally friendly, with one gentleman washing up his plate after finishing his meal. The radio plays gently in the background, and helps make Snak Attack feel even warmer, with the right balance between calm and friendly. I like the old school chequered white and red table tops too. Very traditional. And the food! Now, I’m not one for exaggeration, but I had the best bacon sandwich of my LIFE here. You know how mum used to do them? Yeah? Well even better than that… it was gorgeous, to the point that I felt bad when I put a bit of brown sauce in one half. The bread might as well have been baked in front of me it was so white and fresh(and I’m picky about bread, being a bit of a baker myself) with enough butter that you can taste it, without finding the bread swimming when the hot bacon arrives. I’ve no doubt they’d cook the bacon how you ask here, but leave them to their own devices, and you will have a more than generous helping of the most tender bit of pig your tongue has ever had the pleasure to enjoy… Mwah! Its pretty standard fair so far as prices are concerned, and although I can assure you that the rest of the food looks up to the standard of the bacon sandwich, I have never strayed beyond my bread and butter friend.
