La Vida Lingerie is quite a small shop near Brighton Square, but I suppose the items inside don’t take up much room: Silky and lacy materials in a variety of styles and prices. A few bras were as much as £56, and the sale rack had items for less than £10. Options for any budget.
Fancier items included corsets, lacy garter belts, stockings … and some silky nightgowns. Apparently they’re called chemises, and most of them were under £30. Personally, I prefer flannel for comfort, but these were quite pretty.
The sales clerk was the best part, though: A young guy, maybe twenty … just livin’ the dream.
