Burger Brothers

Probably the best burger I have ever tasted. Not only it is quite big but it’s tasty beyond words and at a good price! Difficult to have it right there is since the place is quite small but don’t let that hold you back! The only negative aspect of the burger I had was it was too spicy and that kept me from fully appreciating all the flavours.

I’d never been here before despite living in Brighton for 2 years and I’m definitely kicking myself now! It took me about that long to find out they did gluten free bun options– then when I went I found out they actually do two gf bun options! And basically they won my heart right there. Since fast food restaurants don’t offer gf burgers, this is the closest thing I can get to a burger on the run– and I’m definitely not complaining since the quality is obviously a million times better! I will definitely be back, probably more than I should.

Wow. Just WOW. Seriously, this place makes the BEST burgers in the planet. I am really, really happy I could come and enjoy them.
As a big fan of both Unilocal and burgers, I looked up places where I could have some quality ones and everybody (literally, every person I asked) told me about this place. All the reviews were amazing so I had to give it a try… And I regret nothing.
Prices go from £5 to £8.50 as far as I can remember and burgers don’t include any siders, but you don’t need them. There are different choices, including a veggie one. Inside the place you can read all that can be in your burger. It has the perfect size, and the cooking, the bread, the seasoning… Everything was perfect.
People there were nice and comprehensive with me and the waiting wasn’t long.
It is a take away place but they have some chairs in (but more for waiting than for eating there, as I see it)
Can you fall in love with a burger and a place? I think I did.

Ahhhhh boner inducing burger heaven. These guys just nail it for me. I’m a bit of a burger addict and have been on a quest since trying my first BB to better it. Thus far I have found only one place that come close (lucky beach) but these boys were the pace setters.
The menu is short and sweet but you can pimp up your burger in many ways (think chilli sauce, chorizo etc). They even do a special every now and then (lamb burger which I was gutted I missed) and if I had one complaint it would be that they should add a special a bit more often.
No fries but who cares, means you can have another burger. The shakes are also pretty decent.
They boys (or brothers) seem like proper grafters also. They certainly put the hours in and it shows!
Keep it going!

These are the best burgers I’ve ever had.
Once you’ve had a burger from Burger Brothers, you stop eating burgers elsewhere to save yourself from disappointment.

This place is right on my door step, I’ve always walked past and seen how busy it is and thought I’ll try one, one day. That one day turned into a few months, despite all of my friends speaking of its wonderful chained and that a place it is. TRUELY WONDERFUL.
Not only is this place great, The guy behind the counter is a real nice guy as well!
Get yourself down if you’ve not tried it before.

If I could give this place a million stars then I would.
Quite simply, THE best burgers, I have EVER tasted, in my whole life, period.
I popped in on the way home from a friends house, after hearing nothing but amazing things about Burger Bros.
To be honest I’m not quite sure what I was expecting, I like a good burger, who doesn’t? But nothing could have prepared me for just how amazing the burgers are!
My boyfriend opted for their classic burger, and I went for ‘our favourite’ — a burger with goats cheese and peppers.
The burgers were eaten in absolute silence. I’ve never been silenced by a burger before! All I could do is glance at my boyfriend in sheer delight between mouthfuls.
I try not to go to Burger Brothers too often, because I would eat there every single day if I could… and I don’t want to get even fatter than I already am!
The guys that run the place are lovely, polite and very passionate about burgers, I got chatting to them one time and they said when they were younger they’d have weekends where they’d just stay in and create all different types of burger recipes, and thus Burger Brothers was born.
Everything is made fresh on the premises — they don’t even sell chips because they just want to focus on making amazing burgers!
I’m going to wrap this up because I could easily write an essay about the joys of Burger Brothers.

Burger Brothers definitely make some delicious food! From their amazing ingredients to their fast service — how can you go wrong here! So they don’t serve chips but still give this place a go! I ordered the «favorite» burger because of its mixture of caramelised onions and goats cheese. Delicious! The prices here are a bit higher than what you’d normally pay for a takeaway but don’t let that stop you. They have a unique menu that’ll make your mouth water.

My search for Brighton’s best burger took me here. A great little independent place that cooks up some proper tasty burgers.
It’s only down fall is they no longer do chips.
A burger without chips just isn’t quite right for me. Don’t let that out you off the quality of the burgers as they are brilliant.

In life you meet different people.
Some you get on well with and some you don’t. Some are great to have a beer with and some turn into a nightmare drunk.
Others you may bump into from time to time and some you see every day.
Then one day you find that special person. The one you always want to be with. To have and to hold, till death do us part.
Only the words of Barry Manilow could capture my love for Burger Brothers.
They are by far the tastiest burgers in Brighton and the guys in there are absolute diamonds.
The ingredients are so fresh and they are made with pure love.
It’s 7:20am — I’m just gutted they aren’t open now…

Oh sweet baby Jesus. There are burgers. AND THEN THERE ARE BURGER BROTHERS.
I like to consider myself as a bit of a burger aficionado. They’re a favoured go to of mine on most menus and I quite like biting my way around Brighton one bun at a time. I had a quick nose on their Facebook page and someone had written, «Wow, it’s been 5 hours and I’m still thinking about it…» That made me laugh so much I jumped into the car still chuckling to myself.
Well thank you very much enthusiastic reviewer. You were spot on!
I had the Classic Beef and what a charmer he was. Complete with a slice of mature cheddar, plum tomatoes, wild rocket, mustard, relish, cracked black pepper mayo and caramelised onion — I hadn’t enjoyed this much of a taste explosion on the go since I fell in love with Jamie Oliver’s sausage bap (not a euphemism).
It really is a cut above your usual burger fare. The prices range from between £5-£8.50 and it’s worth every penny. Some might be disappointed to learn that they don’t do fries, but I’m not holding that against them. They’re not called Burger and Fries Brothers (not very catchy) and their tasty and filling namesakes more than make up for it. They do however, do some rather delicious shakes and smoothies to wash it all down with.
My only disappointment was that I forgot to take a photo to share with you. I inhaled my burger in record time because I was just too excited. I’m afraid you’ll just have to go and find out what they’re like for yourself.

I’ll cut straight to the chase:
The Chicken Bazinga burger is, quite possibly, my favorite burger ever, in the world. Like, I –literally– wrote home to my mother about this burger. Sure, others hold a special place in my heart (namely, In-​N-​Out, back in Califor-​Nye-​Ay) but for quality, quantity, and sheer holy-​fack-​this-​is-​incredibleness, BBs wins every time.
The burgers are juicy, and full of flavour from the meat and the seasonings. The Bazinga has guacamole, cheese, garlic mayo, and if you so wish, their spicy, kicky sauce, which is damn fine, son, damn fine. I don’t normally eat beef, but I did sneak a bite of the Our Favorite burger and hot diggity! I’ll stay to true to my chicken, but the beef burgers are also winners here. The buns are golden-​brown and glazed to perfection. The meat-​to-​bun ratio is just right. Thinking about it is making me weep a little bit.
Also, the guys who run the joint (Happy One Year, Burger Brethren!) could not be lovelier chaps. They are so nice, and clearly put a lot of love and hard work into this place, which makes me feel good as a customer. It’s a win-​win! GO GIVE THEM YOUR CUSTOM.

Finally, someone who understands the meaning of burger, daaayem. ‘Gourmet on the go’ and that is exactly what it is. Now, to be honest, I’ve never been massive on beef burgers but this is another level. I would have been if they were all like that!
The lads in the shop are really sweet and welcoming even though it is a take-​away/​fast food joint its still nice to have service with a smile and a chat. There are signs around saying things like ‘ask about our buns’ which on this occasion I didn’t do but faaaackin’ell! They were unbelieve. I actually think that made it.
I went for the ‘Simple Jack’ which is a cheese burger, it was probably the best burger I’ve ever had. Juicy but not so much it’s made the bun soggy. Just perfect. Next time I’m plumping (Gemma I’ve nicked your word!) for the chicken burger. I got major food envy when another customer walked out with one o those, although I’m glad they’ve converted me on to beef burgers.
The burgers can range from £5 going up to almost £8 so not your cheapest take-​away but they really are worth it. I think all their produce is locally sourced… Don’t hold me to that though because I could be wrong…
Anyway — I love Burger Brothers!

Awesome burgers, yummy hand-​pounded fries, and friendly Burger Brother Pip is great (ask him about their story!). Great price — 1 pound drinks!
Could improve by having homemade ketchups or more sauces! But other than that, a wonderful little burger place with fresh & local ingredients :)
Indoor seating area is limited to maybe 5 – 6 seats, so large groups should take burgers to go!
