Would normally give 5 stars but the plug charger at my seat looks like it’s been fried and not checked for maintenance. Glad I didn’t plug my laptop in.

Nice lounge and plenty of seating and outlets to charge your electronics. Good food selection for breakfast, only wish that there was a bigger area for the quiet sleeping room. Also ventilation in that room needs to be improved a bit, smells like feet with all the shoes off and people napping. Lol. Good wifi and a nice place to hang out between flights.

I can’t say I’ve been to many business elite/first class lounges to compare this to but man, this was great. Snacks, food, coffee, tea, plenty of seating. No complaints from me!

Huge lounge that is a great place to relax and do some work, especially when you arrive outside peak hours. However, it fills up for the morning flight rush and at those times it can get a bit hectic. There are showers, a few quiet areas, plenty of stuff to read, and food to snack. There are desks for working, various seating areas, and helpful staff at the front desk.

This is a nice airline lounge. They’ve got snacks and food and coffee and drinks. It’s clean, big and lots of comfortable chairs. That’s all I got as I slept most of the two hours I visited this fine establishment.

Pretty great lounge out of the fray in Amsterdam. Large space with seating for hundreds, it is a bit austere, but the buffet and beverages make up for it. A good place to wait for your plane.

The KLM lounge at AMS is huge. It makes sense, this being KLM’s home airport and all, that the première lounge would be located here. Despite that gigantic size of this lounge(easily 2−3x as large as any other I’ve been in) it has still been nearly full each time I’ve been. I’ve never had a problem finding a seat, but have always been sitting next to someone else. There is a pretty good spread of food here, which shifts throughout the day from breakfast goods to lunch and dinner. My most recent visits were in the morning, so that is what I can tell you the most about. Protein lovers are in luck with hard boiled eggs as well as deli meat served beside the cheese and bread. There are also little pancakes with syrup and powdered sugar. The miniature cake donuts with chocolate frosting didn’t excite me at first glance, but then I decided to try one anyway and they are ridiculously delicious. There’s also yogurt and cereals on hand. One warning– when it is really busy these items aren’t filled fast enough to keep up with the crowds, and for awhile all we found of the pancakes were a few burnt crispy pancakes stuck to the bottom of the pan. To drink your options are even more vast. There were many fresh juices available, plus milk, and a selection of sodas. Then begins the alcohol, there is plenty of wine out for self service, a red, a white, and a sparkling. Mimosas anyone? The standard airport lounge coffee machine was also available, which means pretty much any variety of delicious coffee product you desire. The selection of liquors is nicely displayed, mounted on dispensers for easily measured pours to make your favorite cocktails.(Oh, yes, Bloody Marys anyone? All the fixin’s are available!) I love there there is a selection of various Bols Genivers to set up your own geniver tasting in the lounge. When it comes to beer selection the only thing on tap is Heineken, but come on, would you expect anything else? :) There is also a quiet, dark are in the lounge with beds for those looking to nap(the door states no wake up service available– but seriously, who expects that?). The staff was all very friendly, and this lounge is always a solid choice when flying through AMS.

It’s a pretty nice lounge for a cup of coffee or some Dutch poffertjes, but always seems te be very busy with no free places to sit. Food is so-so, but heck, it’s free. Good reason for many a businessman to start the day at 8am with 4 glasses of champagne.
