Jetties is a great place to grab some food close to the train station that’s NOT Albert Heijn To Go… they have decent take-away but you can also stay and have a fresh cooked meal. They have a special play area for kids so it’s a great place to come with the little ones in a rainy day — you can enjoy a cup of tea or coffee while they enjoy themselves!

First time for my husband and I to visit this restaurant and we LOVED the food and cleanliness. The staff were very friendly and gracious hosts. My Dutch husband had the uitsmijter and loved it. I had the half spicy burger and loved it as well. HUGE portions. HIGHLY recommend!!!

A nice place with often selfservice, on a lovely location close to Haarlem station. Their burgers are good value! It’s a lot cheaper than most restaurants, but the quality and quantity is definitely high for what they’re asking. You could also order a mini burger, which will suffice as a lunch. When you order you get a number. They’ll call you when they’re done. It’s a nice alternative for a regular restaurant!

Nice place with good, fresh hamburgers! These hamburgers are really delicious. The fries is too normal though. Feels not natural or organic but fries from a frozen prebared bag. Our desert was applecake, and this one was very nice too. The problem with this place is one thing. They don’t clean the dirty dishes from the table. It takes a long time before they start cleaning, and the place is filled with empty tables with dirty dishes when we came in. So, the tip for team, clean more and upgrade your fries!

A super cool and convenant place to enjoy a nice healthy lunch for just a small price. I happen to notice this cosey biological lunchroom in the center of Haarlem, when i was just sitting across the street at Petit Paris. I was squinting my eyes through the window thinking the whole time that i am in the wrong place for lunch, instead I should be at Jetties. After leaving Petit Paris, then i immediately went over to Jetties to chat with the waitress about their wonderful menu. I will definitely be returning back here again. I was so excited to hear that they have gluten free soups, sandwiches, and deserts for people with Celiac. It was so refreshing to know that this biological shop has an extensive lunch menu. It is so disappointing when I visit a biological shop to only hear that they don’t have anything gluten-free on the menu. Well i was happy to know that is not the case here.

This place missed the mark for us. In short, Jetties is marketed as a «healthy» and organic place, but I feel that they have some learning to do. My husband’s burger here was without a doubt the largest burger I have ever seen anywhere in the world. Further, their iced tea was some concentrated crap that we saw poured from a container. Lastly, my meal tasted fine, but it came with a huuuuuuge amount of rice(the entrée was more than 60% rice). «Healthy» isn’t simply related to ingredients but also to quantity, which leads me to the conclusion that this place doesn’t fully understand or embody the concept that they are going after. Overall, the flavors were fine but I don’t think we’ll return.

Jetties is in a great location and a straight shot to or from central station. If you’re looking for something specifically along the way to the train this is a great stop. Especially for vegetarians of course! I stopped in here after a run to try out the veggie burger. I didn’t want to sit around all sweaty so I asked for it to take away which they had no problem with. Well I waited I decided to get one of their biological beers which were on tap. A nice little refreshing treat. when I got back with my burger I really saw the size of it. They’re really massive. I had to actually plates it otherwise it would’ve gotten everywhere. this Burger had the same problem that most handmade veggie burgers face, that they fall apart quite easily. One bites into the burger and the sides start squishing out. Not much of a problem you just need to eat around the edges. I also got a side of friets which were good but not the best I’ve ever had. I can’t wait to go back and try something else off the menu. That carrot cake especially looked good :)

As parttime vegetarian I was pleasantly surprised by the number of vegetarian dishes on the menu. My guess would be that about 80% was vegetarian. I had the red lentil kofte special which was absolutely delicious! I liked the no-nonsense atmosphere of this place and the fresh looking interior. Two thumbs up!

Cute place in the center of Haarlem offering many healthy and organic snacks, soups, pasta, and burgers. They also have wonderful cakes, and great selection of organic softdrinks. Staff is very friendly, and your kids can play in children corner while you eat. Atmosphere is very light and positive. If in Haarlem again, I will certainkly go back.

Jetties is a find for a vegetarian. Haarlem is not a town where vegetarians would starve — just about every restaurant has at least one entrée, and some even have three or four, sometimes even quite creative ones — and yet we found ourselves returning here repeatedly. Why?(1) Tasty specials.(2) Convenient location.(3) Kid-friendly (there’s a little kids’ play corner with books and toys). The one annoyance is that they repeatedly seemed out of the special we ordered, and the waitstaff weren’t always clued in to differences in price between what we paid for and what we got instead(they didn’t seem malicious, just unobservant to this difference). Minor detail. Jetties also has a store, in the middle of the dining section, for travel/new age/Asian things. It sets a slightly crunchy tone to the place and, because many of the items on display(e.g., picture postcards) are visually pleasant, it actually enhances the vibe instead of dragging it down.
