Employees constantly smoking in the doorway, it was unpleasant to walk through the smoke. Seems also unprofessional.
Upon arriving a lady coldly offered black coffee or tea, later I found out that they have more options (cappuccino etc) which I was not offered.
Cannot pay with card, had to pay cash (this was not mentioned during booking).
I inquired about getting a manicure, the lady told me I could just as easily do it myself at home (?!) she was basically getting rid of me.
Nail polish I had chosen was not approved by lady and she pressured me to choose a bright neon colour (which does’t suit my natural look/​taste), making me feel critiqued.
All in all this place had a very unfriendly sort of «high school group» vibe to it. If you fit in you’d probably enjoy it more.
