The ‘C’ here stands for Celsius. The menu is broken up into sections based on cooking temperature: cold, low and slow, grill etc… Which sounds like a gimmick, but actually they do it really well. The menu is well thought out and balanced. They also haven’t held back on the restaurant design. It’s a big room broken up into bar seating, tables for couples and big booths for groups. I’ve been missing Bout (and Trouw:-(.) here for a while now and its good they’re back in a new form. I recently had a lunch here (no need to reserve yet, the place was empty on Saturday) and was pleasently surprised. The service was friendly and casual and the food very good. Although the lunch menu was modest (few options), the salad and burger we had was good enough. The food and the prices remindes me a bit of Lotti’s at Hoxton to be honest.
