Di organized a great phở tour! Thx Di!!!
I had the phở bowl with rare beef and one of the sandwiches with lemon grass beef. First the phở… The broth lacked a bit of flavor so I just squirted more of the cock (hot sauce) & hoisin sauce all over it. The beef was very tasty and more than enough of it which I appreciate over having not enough. We weren’t given enough fresh herbs but when I asked for more they were happy to do so. In fact the customer service was good. The lemon grass beef sandwich was below par for me. I didn’t taste lemongrass in the beef and there was not enough vegetables/​herbs that accompanied the sandwich. I also had the lemongrass ice tea which I did find flavorful with lemongrass.
This place is by no means bad… But it just lacks a bit of flavor.
