It’s a pricey restaurant/bar with mediocre food and ok service in which they also charge you a bathroom fee. A rip-off.

A conveniently located café with great outdoor seating, ideal for people-watching. I had the Orffburger, which was amply sized, juicy, and very, very delicious; the burgers and sandwiches also came with a spectacular serving of thick-cut fries(with cups of ketchup and mayo, of course) that may well be the best thick-cut fries I’ve ever had: firm and oily on the outside, soft as an angel’s caress on the inside. Our server was a nice fellow, but, due to one reason or the other, the overall service was slow as molasses; aggravatingly, it took them a decade and a half to make themselves available for us to request the check.

The location is nice because it’s this typical small café I like to see in Amsterdam. What really made the lunch perfect was the Orff Burger. An awesomly cooked angus beef served with delicious fries. You have to try the burger!

Great service. Fine food. Superb location. Very helpful staff. A winner. A great place to meet locals. Fine place for tourists to get some good god and excellent advice.

The service during my visit was pretty slow. I’ve been told to expect this throughout Amsterdam, but I was still pretty bummed out. Don’t order the hamburger. I think they call it an Orffburger. The meat is seasoned in a way that I didn’t find very tasty. Cool location, I suppose, and some of the wall art is fresh. But for eating, there are way better places to spend yo’ pesos.
