Love this place. If you want to have a coffee, come here and relax. There are different areas, one with a big plate and high chairs. another one with couches, or one upstairs. Very cool!

This Coffee Company is really great. There is a good space inside and also outside. Inside one could sit on the large social table or go upstairs in the lounge area. I has a chilled atmosphere.
It is very close to my work, so I come here often. My favorite is the large Caramel Cappuccino. If it wasn’t for the calories I would have 3 a day ;)

The Coffee Company on Waterlooplein is by far my favorite one! Why? Because they get mad points for having these lovely little Gluten Free and Dairy Free pastries on the counter that taste so yummy. My favorite one is the powder Lemon cake. I literally forgot what lemon cake taste like, until I toke a bite of this little pastry. However, please keep in mind this is the only location that serves anything Gluten Free. Another advantage to Coffee Company on Waterlooplien is that they are located in such a convenient location among all the shops, markets and other cool spaces. After you stop over to the Coffee Company if you are still craving more Gluten Free goodies, then pop over to Eko Plaza next door to the café. They have a whole aisle of Gluten Free goodies.

CoCo makes pretty decent coffees (depending on the barista) and is never far away. I like going to this branch to meet up with a friend or work a little. Sit at one of the bar tables at the window and enjoy the madness of Waterlooplein. Warning: don’t come here before eight in the morning, they’re not open yet. And if you decide to come at 8 punctually please do not hurry the barista up — she just woke up y’know ;)

So I am getting familiar with the areas of Amsterdam on my «week away from work, but sort of still working» adventure. Luckily, it seems there are quite a few cafes that offer WIFI so the nomad working hasn’t had too many barriers so far.
Today, had to fall back onto Coffee Company (which to me is like the Starbucks of Amsterdam — this time at the Waterlooplein 129 location. Not bad though, they have two floors with bit of a loft-​space with cushy leather seats.
Power plugs, some music, restrooms, and the killer — they make a pretty good cortado too.
Only «shortcoming» is that the wifi is linked to your receipt and runs out every hour. But you can always ask for another or just buy something else. :-)

Guter Kaffee. Mittlerweile an fast jeder Ecke in Amsterdam zu finden… Unbedingt den Caramel Latte probieren, der kann gar nicht groß genug sein!!!

Ich bin ein absoluter Kaffeefreak und hier wurde mir sozusagen das Schlaraffenland geboten. Latte mit Ristretto — ohne lange erklären zu müssen, was ich jetzt will. Voilà, hier steht er schon :) Der wohl beste Kaffee, den man bekommen kann. Ich bin begeistert: D Und ich werde noch mehr zum Coffeegeek: D
Also an alle Kaffeefans — geht ins Coffee Company. Ist fast überall zu finden in Amsterdam, weil es mittlerweile ein Franchise (ca. 25 weitere Cafés) geworden ist. Auch in New York und London zu finden…
