Pretty disappointed. Got the duck ramen. The duck was overcooked, the ratio of veggies to noodles was off, and the overall dish was pretty bland.

Nothing bad, nothing memorable. Nice enough place, good location, very friendly staff. Food was ok, but not high on my list to go back. Maybe I have been spoiled by delicious California Asian Fusion, but in general this place didn’t shine for me.

Excellent restaurant and a nice place to sit down in the 9 Streets area of Amsterdam. Asian fusion is the menu and my wife thoroughly enjoyed her Peking Duck entre as I did the tenderloin beef medallions done perfectly. Highly recommend this place away from the tourists crowds.

Solid! Asian fusion here means interesting(but not avant-garde or weird) flavors done very well. The beef teriyaki was über-tender and the fried yuki sushi rolls were terrifically fresh with a great combination of creamy and crunchy texture. The star of the night was the Chicken Delight, with a perfect sweet-hot glaze. The staff were friendly and attentive, and kept the kitchen open a bit longer when we slipped in just before closing.

Was here for lunch with a friend. We had the Asian chicken noodles. They were served with some Sriracha sauce. They were simply delicious. One plate enough for two. The dimsum platter was a great starter. We had the funky falcon beers. Also good. Would recommend!

Went for a late lunch, everything was fine, nothing outstanding though… Had the small Thai beef salad which was actually quite large, meat was a little tough and under seasoned but passable. The Bali curry and curry shrimp salad my friends had were similarly good but nothing special

The best Asian food I have ever tasted. No exaggeration. The ramen noodle soup along with the sesame chicken wings gave were loaded with taste and beautiful presentation. My companion sampled several of the sushi dishes to similar acclaim. Quiet, modern dining room with efficient, unobtrusive service. My best meal while visiting Amsterdam. Wish we’d this place here in Toronto.

Had a lovely dinner here tonight with friends, very friendly and helpful service! This place is also located in one of the nicest areas of Amsterdam(9 straatjes) The food here may be fusion which can be tricky but the dishes at Nooch are all authentic and delicious!

This was the first place I ate after arriving in Amsterdam from the U.S., so it was a huge comfort to have an English-language menu full of familiar Asian fusion dishes. Both times I have been here, the staff has been friendly and the right amount of attentive. The salads were excellent. The phở bo was good, too.

Asian fusion restaurant — clean flavors. Ordered the fried Yaki roll which is interesting(crab, avocado, cucumber and salmon) but fried. I also got the Peking duck ramen and Pad Thai. It’s interesting, but it doesn’t actually taste like any of the things as stated. The ramen is actually spaghetti and the pad Thai doesn’t taste like pad Thai, but the flavors are clean and it’s still tasty. Opt for tables in the front, I sat in the back and got a mosquito bite. :(

Nooch– what can I say? I love Asian food. This place is excellent. Just arrived in Amsterdam for a couple of days and stumbled on the place. Pad Thai was excellent as were the stir fried chicken wings. Will definitely come back next time we are in town.

Casual Asian restaurant in the Nine Streets. First, the wings here are superb! They are some of the best I’ve ever had anywhere in the world. Sushi rolls are good as are the spring rolls. Main dishes are lacking in flavor but ok. Wait staff is very nice but don’t check on you so don’t be bashful flagging them down if you need anything. The Wings!

Absolutely great food in the«9» street district which has great shopping and fun boutiques to browse. You sir close to your neighbors but that makes the atmosphere and the conversation even more fun. They are known for there first three appetizers on the list and we got all three and wanted more. The service was excellent and we loved the whole dining experience. And we are experts in Asian Cuisine.

The food was good. But they were very busy and made some serving errors, forgetting apps, not checking for drinks etc. We were there on a Saturday night though. So we’d go back if they weren’t so busy.

Gediegenes Ambiente. Wir kommen wieder.

Food was awesome. Delicious and good portions. Enjoyed the atmosphere and modern furniture. Dim Sum was good, Pad Thai could’ve had a little more taste but still tasty. Teriyaki beef was very delicious from what my friends said.

We planned to have an Italian evening, however the restaurant we wanted to go to, without prior reservation, was fully booked. As an alternative we decided to go with Asian Fusion option — Nooch. When looking at the menu we were so pleasantly surprise with a big selection of side dishes. We decided to order few side dishes — fried yuki sushi, crispy tuna, dim-sum and sashimi. All of the starters were delicious and full of the taste, main courses however are a completely different story. Rice is quite plain and dry, vegetables dont have any taste and meat is just ok. I would refrain from ordering chef’s special — spicy king prawns — it sounds delicious. however the prawns are not peeled and they are coated in spicy tempura — you definitely need to peel them to be able not to choke on peel… once they are peeled all of the spices are gone… Apparently chef gets the comment about removing the peel more often, but he never took it into account!!! Just to sum it up. Nooch is a great place for very nice side dishes, not for their main courses as those lack in «asian» taste and spices.

We stumbled into Nooch because it was open late and close to our hotel. Boy am I glad that happened. Good food well prepared with an interesting variety. The prices are lower than a lot of the other places near by as well. On the way home from Europe that same week I read a good review about Nooch in the airline seat back magazine. Asian fusion. Everything I have had off the menu is good. The chefs dim sum ap is good, the rolls and any ap was enjoyed. The spicy shrimp entrée was good, but I would have preferred the shells more fully removed. The pad tai was excellent. All the US people I have brought here have enjoyed it. Make a reservation if dining during busy times. It is not a huge place and fills up quickly. The owner is frequently present. Don’t be afraid. Not exceedingly fancy but an excellent value and appears to be a well respected local place.

These guys have free wifi if you have time to hang out and surf the net, check your email or whatever. It’s a relaxed environment for a tasty meal, too There’s a few tables outside to sit at when weather permits. They’re located in a busy tourist area, de Negen Straatjes, on a relatively busy street with a lot of foot traffic. It’s a refreshing change of pace from all the other food in the area. The food appears to be a mix of several asian cultures. There’s sushi, pad thai, teriyaki. Would you like chopsticks or silverware? Chopsticks are healthier. That’s the first time I’ve heard that. The service is good. The prices are not too high. They do take away orders. I live around the corner. Hmmmm.

un peu étonnant un asiatique fusion, mais finalement ça permet à tout le monde d’y trouver son compte selon ses préférences. Un délice :)
