A quickie but nevertheless:
1. Great seating in the sunshine
2. Friendly service with a smile
3. Yummy cheese platter, OK fries
In short, if you’re looking for a place to sit outside in the sun with a bottle of wine and good conversation, MonteCristo most likely will not disappoint.

It is a great place to drink and dance. Tuesdays it is the best night for dancing salsa with Dj Eric el Classico. Friday and Saturday is nice as well. The cocktails and drinks are great. However, the rib-​eye steak was disappointing. I would recommend Monti (MonteCristo) for dancing and drinking.

I went here for a Unilocal event and I’ll go back on a regular night to check it out again. The staff were really very friendly and the atmosphere is nice and relaxed, with plenty of comfortable outdoor sitting. The empanadas were delicious!
For a tropical-​themed place it needs a little more tropic though, it needs HEAT — and not the actual heater type, but the kind that emanates from the very being of a Latin person. The daiquiri was sour instead of sweet, of which the bartender was aware and said he doesn’t like it sweet. Well, the drink is made sweet, darling, that’s why people order it. I wonder if he leaves the sugar out of mojitos…
I’d skip the ribs (I’m unsure why they’re served at all). Let’s see what my next visits brings ;)
