Some of the best sushi I’ve ever had. Will return again at the first chance. We also have very fast service for a place that was really busy. Update– Well my husband and I have come back just before we leave Amsterdam and as we are ordering we were told we could only get the more expensive All You Can Eat menu since it’s valentines day. Ok well we decided my husband would get a la carte and I’d get the buffet because I eat more sushi. Well evidentially we can’t do that either and was forced to go with the most expensive menubfor the both of us. It’s raining and we are tired so we didnt leave and just stayed. They should have told us that before we walked in, sat down, and ordered drinks.

It’s easy to spot this place from Centraal station. This place has a Japanese feeling to it. The sashimi is great, it is fresh and tasty, the fatty salmon is melting in your mouth. Don’t try the fried chickens. It’s juicy however it’s not crispy for a normal fried chickens. Moreover, it’s a great AYCE restaurant since they include hot dishes in their menu too. However, the only minus point is the staffs. They are a bit«unfriendly» I should say.

I liked it here, the atmosphere was fine, the menu was a bit hard to read because the light was dimmed so i noticed some people using their phone flashlight to read it. When you order you have to say the numbers to the waiter/waitress so what we did was write it down in our phones and read the numbers, or else we would have a lot of eeeeehhhh i’ll have this times two and ehhhhhh. So that’s a tip to go! After ordering the food comes in stages and i forgot what i ordered pretty fast, I had a lot of fun with my friends and when i laugh, it can be loud. Luckily no one really seemed to bother, i can’t help it, maybe it’s not perfect etiquette, i’m not there to sit still, it’s MY time to enjoy my company and my food. Once upon a time i went to see«Shrek» when it came out and i laughed so hard people actually started to shhhh me. I got that from my momma! Anyway, food came quick, and it’s also a good idea to share because some servings come in 6 pieces. and they fill up your belly pretty fast even when you think you will survive 5 rounds, nono, i’m sure that only pro’s will make it that far. The sushi was good, it’s fresh and that’s what counts! I love the gyoza’s, i have always loved gyoza’s and i thought they were pretty tasty. What else. the spider rolls were very tasty, i liked those. service was quick and friendly and patient. Servings were pretty good and the«incoming!!!»” is quick, just make sure that you order what will satisfy you and no more. That’s why you can take it slow because you have two hours to eat what you want. Overall i think that i will go back here as it is one flikflak away from where i live. WIFI: my friend had the free wifi in two seconds, my phone didn’t want it or something, i had no service and no wifi, it just didn’t connect.(bad vodafone!)

Great for all you can eat sushi and other Japanese food. Lots of hot dishes on the AYCE menu including lamb racks, teriyaki chicken, udon, prawns etc. Staff were a bit«meh». There seem to be a tonne of rules for eating there, i.e., not being allowed to sit in the tables in the front of the restaurant, not being allowed tap water etc.

Good sushi selection for the all-you-can-eat price. And a good first date place as well.

My favorite sushi reataurant! Offcourse Maybe you hasitate before you enter the place: it is in the middle of the city centre in the most touristic area of Amsterdam. But just enter and enjoy! The sushi is fresh made and delicious! In compare to other all you can eat restaurants, every time you take a bite you tatse the different ingredients. Normally i get nauseous at all you can eat. But here i can actually eat sushi untill Iam really full withouten getting nauseous! You tatse it is fresh, just go eat there than you know what i mean :). The service is not bad at all, but dont forget to make reservations Because its always busy! It is really my fav sushi reataurant in Amsterdam!

Avoid this place at all costs. First we went in at about 4 in the afternoon and the place appeared empty. We’re told all of the«people watching tables» in the front were«reserved» but we could sit in the back. Long story but, in summary, we did and ordered drinks. They were delivered but then after waiting 25 minutes in an empty restaurant for someone to come take our order, we left. The place overall has a really bad vibe, Nonexistent service and a formulaic menu. Don’t bother.

It’s an ‘all you can eat’ sushi restaurant with more on the menu than just the familiar basics. One of our favorites –food wise– in Amsterdam. They have a huge variety of little Japanese dishes that go beyond the ordinary sushis most others offer. And all of those are really very tasty. They also have a couple of interesting sakés you should try. My wife and I are here often. The quality is always very good. Never have they disappointed us. Staff is not very friendly, but just polite and functional. The only little minus is the atmosphere in the restaurant. The decoration and furniture are boring. We like to sit at the bar for that reason. It’s the best place there.

Delicious and fresh. big pieces. good combos. The chef was unaccomodating, wouldn’t add avocado to my spicy tuna roll. If I’m ever back in Amsterdam I’ll definitely revisit.

For all you can it it was ok. My only complaint is they force the entire table to order the same menu plan. I was with a friend who does not eat sushi and so for non sushi eaters this is not a good value. I wanted the deluxe but bc we would both need to order that I settled with the basic. Service was slow and drinks were expensive. No tap water even though I bought a beer and sake for myself.

Holy cow. really friggen good sashimi. Definitely one of the better sashimi places I’ve had which surprises me since it was in Amsterdam. apparently their oysters are good. I wouldn’t know because they ran out or werent serving it the night we went or something. I think we got the deluxe all you can eat. Whatever menu that also included sashimi and oysters. totally worth it! It can get pretty crowded so try to get reservations early!

If you are going there just to enjoy the food, this is the right place to go. However, DONOTEXPECTGOODSERVICE. We went in early and were the ONLY customers. With 6 employees it took them forever to take our orders. The waiter finally came to our table and didn’t explain how the«all you can eat» system works. When asked, the waiter rolled his eyes at us as if we were«supposed to know». They took their time to bring food to our table too. We said«Thank you» every time food was brought to us but we didn’t get any response from them. When we asked for the check, everyone became very friendly… We give them 3 stars because the food was decent. But for the service was lackluster. It felt like the only way we would get good service from them was to become one of the employees. Horrible service. Very disappointed. NEVERAGAIN.

Went there for all you can eat and it’s definitly worth a try. The sushi was for my expirence ok and you also have the choice from diffent kind of food. Personnel was friendly but the place itself a bit overcrowded. Would defintely recommend this place.

I have to admit, I was a little hesitant to try it. A decent sushi place in the very center of the most touristy part of the city, down the street from the Vodka Museum and the Sex Museum? But Syl’s review sold it. And he’s right! Really decent sushi and at a pretty good price. € 21 for an all-you-can-eat dinner and believe me, I got value out of it.(They also do a € 25 «deluxe», but I did fine with the«basic».) The food kept coming and there was no hesitation when I ordered a fourth round. The menu is pretty clear, with pictures of the food and the numbers. Just order away. Don’t go completely crazy because you do have to eat everything you order. There’s no take-away at the end. I had temaki(loaded with smoked eel!), gunkan with roe, and just a ton of salmon, tuna, octopus and even mackerel. Sitting at the bar, I could see it being prepared and it’s all very clean and very organized. Note: I had a Kirin, figuring Japanese beer with Japanese food. Since Amsterdam isn’t Japan, Kirin is imported. € 4 for sticker shock! That’s like $ 5.50 in real money! No wifi, but the TV behind the sushi bar was tuned to the Eurosports channel. Very friendly staff, all of whom spoke not just Dutch but also Japanese(to some Japanese tourists) and English. I would absolutely return!

Went for the all-you-can-eat sushi. Ambience is what you can expect of an all-you-can-eat place. Food was alright, although, the sashimi’s weren’t that fresh, what a disappointment. Price for the sushi place is maybe a lil’ bit on the high side. But that’s because we had quite a lot of drinks. The staff were friendly and the service is good.

Restaurant: The restaurant is nice decorated. Although there are enough table, they put 7 people at a table of 140×60 cm. This is a bit dissapointing. Food: This isn’ the first time I visit this restaurant. The first time I visit, the food was really fresh! However, this is the fourth time I visit this restaurant and I must say that the quality is far from good. The sashimi’s are not fresh. Normally it will melt in your mouth, but this time it taste like rubber. The rest of the food are ok. Service: The service is really good. After you finished the food, they will take your plate… Overall: This restaurant choose for Quantity instead of Quality. Too bad…
