Umm Amsterdam!!! Awesome coffee shop lol — though they’re not selling herbs at this location anymore there is a spot right across the street that does so we bought u and just came back to this place to relax

Checked out some of the other coffeeshops and ended up here, others were too crowded and this was still crowded but at least had some open seats. Since my and the b/​f are not that savvy with the whole rolling of joints and blunts, we just bought the ones that were already rolled.
They had ones laced with tobacco and ones that are just pure weed, you can definitely tell a difference between the two.
I loved the décor in here and the atmosphere, people were just very down to earth and friendly. Just wished they had the option of the vaporizer but I wouldn’t have known how to set it up anyways.

My favorite coffee shop in Amsterdam. Place feels like an old college dorm room with the black lights and stoner music playing in the background. The selection is great and the pre rolled joints are awesome too!

All I have to say before I begin is the man who tends the «stuff», is really cool. I have been here three times over several years. On this particular visit I am just looking over the menu once again and checking out the «stuff», I didn’t buy anything and he was cool with that. So, I came back the next day and bought myself a space cake. Hunters sells them for 4.50euros. Omg, these are not good, but really good. Yeah I can taste the brownie incorporated with the «stuff». Not only that, they are strong and effective. With one space cake and a gram, I was feeling it’s effects. Hunters has a decent variety of «stuff». I saw over thirty varieties to choose from.
The place has a bar like setup, maybe it was an old bar. I has 2 wooden booth seating upfront, not the most comfortable, but I always see guys playing cards here. There’s also seating in back.
So what do I think of Hunters? Decent. Only a little above average. Again just another coffeeshop just to hang out.

I know I know the red light distrcit is far from the best area in Amsterdam to hang out but I did want to have that ‘special’ tourist experience as well and really enjoyed Hunters.
They played mostly 90’s music all night of which I quite liked… nostalgic! This place isn’t heavy on the ambiance but it is one of the few places you can smoke and drink so it was our go-​to place to hang late night for 2 nights we were there. Definitely prefered it to the Grasshopper and many of the more ‘dive’ bars you can find on Warmoesstraat. It wasn’t a complete rip off in terms of price of drinks either, if I’m every back in Amsterdam and want a place to chill, I’m sure Hunter’s will be my choice!
