Laid back, classic atmosphere! The service is fantastic — bartender ran out of my preferred white beer and ran across the street to get it for us! Atmosphere is unassuming & NOT smokey. Was a great relief to the Red light district outside — comforting and enjoyable :)

Found this spot on my last night here. If there is a tall lovely lady standing behind the bar ask her for something from her home town mixed with sprite (7up). In addition the password for wifi from their sister bar across the street is easy if you know how to repeat yourself ;)

Its like the saying goes … The things you see everyday is the ones you always tend not to pay attention to and exactly this is the case for this Bar.
Everyday i pass in front of it in the mornings on my way to work and when I’m going back home and i only paid attention to it a week ago. What can i say i wish i had been there earlier
A great place to chill and have a beer while getting the absolute of the Dutch hezelig feeling… Cozy with nice music (mostly 90’s) and a very interesting crowd of Dutch and tourists. Beer selcetion is really interesting and my personal suggestion try the Genever (hope i spell that correctly). If you are a tourist … well this is the best introduction you can get to the meaning of Dutch whole in the wall bars
