The employees at Classic Ink & Mods were very friendly and helpful. I found the place on accident and decided spur of the moment to get a piercing. They were very patient while I was deliberating which piercing to get. I ended up with a conch piercing. I can’t stress enough how professional and awesome everyone was there.

If I could give no stars I would. I researched this shop before my trip to Holland in hopes to get my tattoo while visiting holland. The reviews were good and was excited to go here. It was tough to catch someone there as the hours are small(that’s typical I know) once I finally caught them open it was a terrible experience. The girl at the counter was very nice but the tattoo artist was a total jerk. I showed him what I wanted and where and he immediately shot me down and was so rude and disrespectful. He completely treated me like I was a stupid tourist coming in to get a «Dutch» tattoo on a whim. He was condescending and rude. At one point I was just staring at him because I couldn’t believe the way he was speaking to a(potential) paying customer. He was annoyed we had plans when he wanted to tattoo me and made a comment about how he had to work around our schedule. WTF? I walked out so disappointed and pissed, there was no way this guy was going to ink me! We all walked out and my friend said, please tell me he’s not tattooing you. AND he wanted to charge 180 euro for a small wrist tattoo. Crazy! So I came back to the states and got my 4th tatt how I wanted it and where. Thanks for nothing!

Good clean tattoo parlour down an alley off a Main Street. Great for a quick tattoo while on holidays. The South African guy was very knowledgeable and recommend any to go there for a quick piece on vacation.

This is the only place my spouse has gotten excited over their selection of piercings. It was Samanta that helped her. She is very knowledgeable, extremely helpful and patient with us especially about questions on stretching etc. For four piercings, total of 60 Euros. Thank you!!!

I got my first tattoo here by Marco Serio and I feel so lucky that I ended up getting my first tattoo done by such an amazing professional. My best friend who lives in Amsterdam chose this shop for me after having done a lot of research, and I got my tat when I was visiting her from Rome. Marco is amazing. He is calm and patient with«newbies» but also very professional about his work. He won’t let you get a crappy tattoo because he only does professional work. For example when I asked about getting turquoise in my old school tat(not knowing anything about it at the time, the idea now makes me cringe, after having learned a lot about old school tattoos since), he very gently and non-condescendingly explained to me that if I didn’t follow the traditional standards for an old school tattoo, people who saw it and knew what an old school tattoo should look like would see it and think it was a crappy tattoo. Marco will not let you leave the shop looking like a newbie. There’s a great atmosphere in the shop. Lots of interesting conversation and a friendly, laid-back vibe. I was nervous about feeling out of place because it was my first time, feeling like I’d be treated as an outsider somehow. Not the case at all. A fantastic experience. I’m going back soon for my second one and can’t wait. Highly recommended.

Classic is a top notch tattoo shop. I travelled here from NYC to get work done by Marco Serio. The shop is clean and all the tattooists and employees are super cool. It’s a very enjoyable place to be, which is important if you’re going to be spending several hours getting tattooed. I can’t wait to go back and finish up my arm soon!
